At first I wasn't sure if it was actually making any difference, but if I forget to take it I notice. This definitely makes me feel better as far as pain and swelling experienced from daily activity and I plan to repurchase.

I started running & simultaneously took turmeric everyday as directed on the bottle. I felt this helped with the anti inflammatory, while running. I look forward to continue to use this!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Tumeric is supposed to have a whole host of benefits, and while I can't say for sure if it provided them, it certainly didn't hurt anything. That is not to say I didn't get any benefit, but when you are looking at things like preventing something or being an anti inflammatory it's kind of hard to measure. I will say these were extremely easy to take. You are supposed to take 2 a day. I have a hard enough time trying to remember to take vitamins/pills so I just took them both at the same time and it seemed to be fine. I also didn't notice any nasuea or anything if I took them in an empty stomach. Overall they were easy to take and no negative side effects.

However I am starting to feel just generally better each day! A little more alert, and a little less moody!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These Youtheory Turmeric Extra Strength capsules are a little on the bigger side but its a little easier to swallow because its a capsule. Ive noticed inflammation. In my knee a little less. I would have to continue taking longer to notice any more benefits that come with taking tumeric.

I have a sensitive stomach, and tend to get indigestion from certain supplements (Omega burps are the worst!!) and I have yet to experience any issues with this product.

I started taking Curcumin/turmeric for my overall health and while I feel pretty good, I can't contribute it to this supplement but I will say that it does not upset my stomach and I have had no side effects.

This version of it is very easy to take. The pills are not too big and have no after taste. They are very easy to swallow. Over all, I definitely recommend this brand and supplement!
