I was asked to submit my review of these shortly after I received these, which it said it would take 2 weeks to see a difference. I was not given that much time to take these.

I have only taken the turmeric supplements for 2 weeks and I really haven't noticed a big difference in the way I feel yet. It may be because I haven't taken them long enough as it usually takes a month before I start seeing or feeling results with anything I take.

Turmeric is used even to cook and was consumed in different amounts with no harm. With Covid 19 and having an auto immune disorder I decided to give it a try. My numbers have gone down significantly since my last lab work. The only change I did was add this pill to my diet. It works!!!

The packaging was attractive but I wish it was more of a slim profile so it could be stored in a medicine cabinet. I'm not 100% sure this supplement had any I change on my body, but there were no negative effects.

Suffering from mild digestive issues and arthritis, I found these capsules easy to swallowed effective and great for inflammation. The antioxidant properties are rich and when taken over time provide incredible results.

In the 4 days that I have been taking it, I've noticed less grinding in my back when I bend and move and my hip hasn't clicked when I walk. If this is a preview of the benefits, then I would definitely buy this product and make it part of my daily routine. And at this point I would recommend turmeric to my friends and family :)

I researched and saw that it is an anti oxidant and is supposed to help with inflammation. I do not have any inflammation that I am aware of, however when taking it I haven't experienced any side effects. If someone had inflammation it may help them. I'll continue to take the supplement.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] To start off I'm from India and we use tumeric a lot so i didn't believe in the pills when I could just use the powder. I was so wrong! Once I started taking these pills I realized first off it's so much easier to take a pill and not messy (If you don't know tumeric powder is a bright orange and stains everything). After I started taking these pills I realized that my joints stopped aching as my and I read it an anti inflammatory so makes sense. Just over all I feel better from my gut to bones! I also have rheumatoid arthritis and it's usually worse In winter but I noticed since I started the turmeric pills I haven't had flare ups. I read it helps your skin and stuff so can't wait to see those results as well. Not sure about other brands but I'm definitely glad I tried you theory first because it has helped me. I will continue to buy these because I find it very beneficial for me.
