With not having taken it too long I can't tell too much of a difference yet but I am still taking it because I know the effects especially long term are great for you! Turmeric helps with inflammation and that is my main reason for it. I like the packaging, the veggie capsules and that these are easy to consume. So far so good. I will recommend for sure. I have troubles with my SI Joint for a year now where it hurts to sit or stand for a long period of time. Within a few days I was could finally sit and stand. The bottle is attractive but it's a weird shape and difficult to find room for it I'm the cabinet. The pills are easy to swallow.
