I'm not sure what benefit I was supposed to gain from it, so I can't say for sure whether I got what I should from it. I did feel more energetic the last couple of weeks, but that could be from other things like better sleep, exercise, coffee etc. And maybe this isn't supposed to be an energy supplement. The pills are easy to swallow in capsule form. They're a bit large, but otherwise go down fairly smoothly. They don't taste too strong like eating actual turmeric. If you need turmeric but find the taste too strong in traditional form, this is a good product. Otherwise I wouldn't waste money on it.

I didn't notice much of a difference or impact from taking the supplements. It did upset my stomach when I first started using it. I don't think I will continue to use them, as I don't see any benefit.

Youtheory Turmeric Extra Strength states to support one's healthy inflammation response. I would say that it works for the most part, however I did sleep on my neck wrong one night and it took a couple of days to feel better, faster than the usual four or five to be back to 100 percent. So, in theory the turmeric may have played a part, but I would not be certain. I do like that Youtheory Turmeric Extra Strength uses some great technology to deliver its benefits to you. This I find ideal as if I am going to take a supplement, I want it to be effective. I also love that it is in pill form! This is because I am not a fan as turmeric as a flavor, but am thrilled that I can get its benefits through a pill form.
