No reduced inflammation but also no added inflammation, nothing. I can assume it does as it says but I truly haven't had any notable results that I could measure and point out in a review. I will say that the pills, while large, are easily swallowed with a little swish of water. I haven't had an upset stomach at all from them, or anything else that would discourage use.

I honestly didn't notice any difference except that it made my urine yellow like a highlighter for the first week. I still had swelling in my joints while taking it, I have arthritis and it's winter so it could have helped some but not noticably so. I did notice I had a little more energy. I didn't get tired through the day, even on days I didn't get very much sleep. All in all, I don't think this is a bad product. I don't think you should expect miraculous results.

I've noticed I have been experiencing less swelling and less arthritis pain. The only part that did not really impressed me was the size of the container these supplements come in. It seems like a waste of plastic to me, the pills barely even come 1/4 of the way up in this bottle. If they would create a new packaging with a smaller bottle then they would get five stars from me.

I can't say whether it made a difference, only because I need to continue to take it on a daily basis. Judging from what I've heard about it thought, it something I think I will add to my daily supplement regimen going forward. It has a lot of benefits and although the gelcaps are on the bigger side, they aren't hard to get down. So far, I'd say that this seems to be a great product.

I have also noticed a slight increase of energy. I like that it doesn't have a strong after taste. The packaging is very unique. I highly recommend for anybody.

After I started taking this, it seems the inflammation reduction has caused a decrease in the amount of pain in the hip especially but some in the back. Obviously, this can't just cure major issues- I need to do some stuff physically to make my body stronger- but this helps with the worst of it so that I can get myself moving easier and be more active.

I know there are many different brands of turmeric out there but I was happy to try this one! The capsules are easy to swallow so that's a bonus. If you are ready to try turmeric I recommend you give this brand a try!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My only real complaint it the bottom; round opening on a box makes for some awkward angles if you're the type to reach in for instead of dumping out the capsules. Unfortunately, I'm not entirely sure of what all the "health benefits" are supposed to be, so I wasn't able to figure out if any particular aspect of my body or mind were "affected" one way or the other by taking this product. That being said, I had no ill effects from it, and unless I'm told otherwise, I'm sure there are actual benefits of taking turmeric.
