I started out taking the two capsules as directed, but found it turned my inner palms yellow, and possibly other areas of my skin so I halved it and only took one capsule, which still worked great with no yellow skin!

It would be nice if you only had to take one pill, but it's likely that one dose would be huge and it gives people flexibility to take them a separate times. Like many other supplements you do not see the benefits immediately. Your body has to adjust to taking them, so be patient and allow the pills to work. I noticed it took about a week to start noticing anything. I do suffer from depression and I do take a prescription, but I did notice that my mood was a bit better when I took these.

However, in the few days I've been taking it my skin is clear and my tummy tolerated this well in combination with several other vitamins I was already taking. Week 1 there was no change, week 2 I am noticing I am sleeping better through the night, my skin looks more clear, and the pain in my hands and arms from carpal tunnel have greatly decreased. I do plan on continuing to add these to my daily vitamin intake!
