To be honest I have not felt any effects, but after receiving them I did search online and I got very interested. I read it has great anti-inflammatory effects and anti aging effects, so I.m curious how it will keep helping me.

My energy level has been up, my mood has been positive and i am feeling less bloated and gassy. I am feeling very positive about this product and will continue to take it and assess the benefits again in 30 days.

Went for my annual physical and doctor noticed significant inflammation in my need joints. Suggested I take Tumeric. Purchased this product and within days the inflammation around my knee subsided. Also, sleeping much better as the inflammation around the knee was causing pain. Excellent product!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I would recommend Turmeric Extra Strength to others because, unlike my other turmeric capsules, I could take one and have even more turmeric in the dose. With my others, I had to take 2 large capsules daily and it still didn't equal 1000mg. On the flip side of that, the capsule is still pretty large, which makes it a bit difficult to swallow. If you aren't good with swallowing pills, this might be a struggle for you because if you don't get it down the first attempt, you may actually start to taste it, which isn't a particularly pleasant taste. I would buy this product again but I would definitely keep my eyes on the lookout for a smaller capsule.

I haven't noticed any changes in my health or wellness BUT there is no flavor to these capsules and no nasty burps! So...I'll keep taking it til I run out.

Turmeric is a common spice that we use for cooking and in beauty products. I occasionally cook Thai curry with turmeric powder. Honestly I never noticed an effect & I think it might be because only a small amount is used (1 teaspoon for whole pot). Then, I had a chance to try this turmeric extra strength formula. It amazes me how it works. It helps me a lot with my hip pain. Another unexpected result is that my acne is getting visibly better. I definitely like this. I only have 1 concern. I don't usually try out any new dietary trends but the effectiveness of turmeric as a very healthy spice has been known for centuries. Ayurveda swears by its anti inflammatory properties. This year I have been making an effort to take care of my health a lot more and this is one more step in that direction. Too soon to have noticed a difference but the capsule is easy to swallow and I have been taking one every day and will continue.

I take 2 in the morning with my smoothie and Im good to go. I had no adverse effects nor did it have any after taste. I think everyone should try to incorporate tumeric into their vitamin regimen.
