Using the turmeric has made me start to feel better overall. I will definitely continue to use it, as I have a long way to go to get to where I would like to be. Tumeric is reasonably priced, so I'd deem it affordable for use. I would definitely reccomend this product to friends and family because they can also reap the benefits of this product. I suffer from major depression, anxiety, and borderline personality disorder. I have GERD along with some other stomach issues and this supplement didn't affect it at all, which is surprising and a blessing. I often struggle with supplements being pushed back up into my esophagus and these did not!!!! I still have more to take and plan on finishing out the bottle.

I have a few health conditions that cause inflammation so I'm intrigued by turmeric supplements. This particular brand also has black pepper which helps the absorption rate. The capsules are not too large and do not face a funny smell or after taste.

I noticed a difference after about 3 days of taking it. My usual pains that I have didn't come. The capsules were easy to swallow. I would definitely get this brand again.

It is recommended to take 2 at a time but the first day I did so, my stomache did not agree with me so i cut my dosage in half at one pill a day. I did some research and this can be a common side effect. One pill a day seems to be fine. Pills have no taste and a beautiful gold color to it. I don't feel any changes in my body but it's only been a few weeks so i'm looking forward to finishing my bottle.

Once I started taking these pills I realized first off it's so much easier to take a pill and not messy (If you don't know tumeric powder is a bright orange and stains everything). After I started taking these pills I realized that my joints stopped aching as my and I read it an anti inflammatory so makes sense. Just over all I feel better from my gut to bones! I also have rheumatoid arthritis and it's usually worse In winter but I noticed since I started the turmeric pills I haven't had flare ups. I read it helps your skin and stuff so can't wait to see those results as well. Not sure about other brands but I'm definitely glad I tried you theory first because it has helped me. I will continue to buy these because I find it very beneficial for me.

It has helped ease inflammation post workouts which is a huge plus. I appreciated the fact that this contains 95% curcuminoids using C3 Reduct along with Bioperine for absorption. My biggest complaint about this product and is why I did not give it 5 stars was bc it does not contain any ginger which is used to help ease digestive issues and I did have some issues the first few days starting this but balanced it out by drinking celery juice in the morning before taking these.

The product is easy to consume, much easier than powders, and high quality. Compared to similiar products I have used in the past, this one taste much better and works far better.
