I take 2 in the morning with my smoothie and Im good to go. I had no adverse effects nor did it have any after taste. I think everyone should try to incorporate tumeric into their vitamin regimen.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received the Turmeric Extra Strength not knowing what the benefits of this supplement were supposed to be. I researched and saw that it is an anti oxidant and is supposed to help with inflammation. I do not have any inflammation that I am aware of, however when taking it I haven't experienced any side effects. If someone had inflammation it may help them. I'll continue to take the supplement.

The packaging was attractive but I wish it was more of a slim profile so it could be stored in a medicine cabinet. I'm not 100% sure this supplement had any I change on my body, but there were no negative effects.

I started out taking the two capsules as directed, but found it turned my inner palms yellow, and possibly other areas of my skin so I halved it and only took one capsule, which still worked great with no yellow skin!

I was experiencing joint and nerve pain and that has greatly subsided and adding the turmeric was the only thing I have changed. Tumeric possibly treats so many diseases and may help with depression.
