The taste of the herb is strong, however, with these I do not notice any taste while taking them or afterwards. I took half the dosage consisting of one capsule, and noticed results within a few hours for the ache in my hands. I would buy it again. I received this product as a sample in exchange for my honest opinion.

The pills are average size so they are easy to take for me and there isn't any aftertastes like some other products I've taken. It's also nice that you can just take them whenever.

The capsules are easy to swallow and have no after taste and I like that they are vegetarian. I am hopeful to see or feel some increased benefits in the next few weeks of continued use.

You want to give it sometime to build up a level before you'll notice the benefits. I do feel like using a better brand, spending additional money is the way to go. I have already felt the benefits of turmeric with a reduction in my pain, but I have not yet tried the YouTheory brand until now through Buzzfeed. The YouTheory turmeric capsules are easy to swallow and do not leave an aftertaste at all. The extra strength formula provides a higher dose of turmeric per capsule than my previous supplement.

Youtheory Turmeric Extra Strength states to support one's healthy inflammation response. I would say that it works for the most part, however I did sleep on my neck wrong one night and it took a couple of days to feel better, faster than the usual four or five to be back to 100 percent. So, in theory the turmeric may have played a part, but I would not be certain. I do like that Youtheory Turmeric Extra Strength uses some great technology to deliver its benefits to you. This I find ideal as if I am going to take a supplement, I want it to be effective. I also love that it is in pill form! This is because I am not a fan as turmeric as a flavor, but am thrilled that I can get its benefits through a pill form.

I started out taking the two capsules as directed, but found it turned my inner palms yellow, and possibly other areas of my skin so I halved it and only took one capsule, which still worked great with no yellow skin!
