[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] OK, may be it still is my motto but at least with youtheory tumeric i was living a little less sore in places i don't like to be sore like my quads or my right hip. i started with 2 a day but i had some bloating so i backed off to one a day in the morning with my other supplements and that seemed to work. i have been using it for about 2 weeks now and it took about a week before i noticed day after workouts i was less sore. i am glad a company also did there research and made sure it had black pepper compounds in it to maximize the effects of turmeric. i am going to be having my mom who has psoriatic arthritis try this as well as i think she would benefit from the possible inflammation reduction thanks to this products ingredients. this is now going to be in our supplement rotation at home for sure!

If you have inflammation problems it's really good for that. There is no after taste but they are pretty big capsules. I believe these are supposed to help your joints but it's too soon to tell.

I havent seen her so sharp and mobile in months! She takes her recommended dose daily but we've found it better for her to take at night since it relaxes her and gives her a full good night's sleep.
