After starting a daily routine of taking these, I notices a considerable difference in wrinkle reduction, a more youthful glow, increased energy and focus and less muscle ache.... in just about a week. My first couple of days I chose to split the dose but ultimately found that mornings work best for me with this product. It's hard to say that I've felt anything specifically related to this product as it came at a time when I was beginning Dry January and stepping up my exercise routine for the new year. But 2.5 weeks in I'm pleased with the product and looking forward to continuing. My only gripe with this brand in particular (I've had other vitamins by youtheory) is that there is a ton of wasted packaging and while the shape is unique and makes it stand out on the shelf it's just not worth it in my opinion. Would love to see this product in more sustainable packaging.

I have troubles with my SI Joint for a year now where it hurts to sit or stand for a long period of time. Within a few days I was could finally sit and stand. It has helped with the inflammation a lot.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product was the first I have tried using Turmeric in pill form. I have cooked with Turmeric before but that was the extent of my experience. Unfortunately for me, my body did not do well with it in pill form. I had negative digestive effects as a result of using this particular Turmeric pill. I did take the pill for a week and began vomiting every day that I took the pill. I stopped taking it and the vomiting stopped. I waited another week and started the pill again and within two days the vomiting returned. I am confident it was the pill's effects on me and I cannot say that it will happen to anyone else. I agreed to review this product for free due to my need to be on an anti-inflammatory diet and Turmeric was recommended by my physician to help with anti-inflammation. Ultimately, my suggestion and recommendation are to check with your physician first before beginning any new medical or supplemental products and monitor them closely once you begin them. This product may not have worked for me but it could certainly work great for someone else. The pills were easy to digest, did not smell negative, came in an easy to identify bottle, and had an attractive label.

I work in a warehouse on walk, squat and grasp all shift, after work or the day after I have inflammation in my knees and knuckles and sometimes my ankles and hands can swell. I have found that while it has helped my mood and skin some, it hasn't helped at all for inflammation or joint pain in any way. I did notice the one day I forgot to take it my energy level was pretty low. I will give it another week to see if I just needed to let it get into my system more, but as of a week into trying this I am not that impressed. I have had better luck with other supplements.

The capsules are easy to swallow and have no after taste and I like that they are vegetarian. I am hopeful to see or feel some increased benefits in the next few weeks of continued use.

I'm sure it did some thing for me because I know turmeric is good for our bodies. The pills are kind of large but I didn't feel any better or worse after taking this for a couple weeks.

This is very important as I've had several knee surgeries and have tried literally everything to combat the inflammation. I will continue to use this product!

Ive noticed inflammation. In my knee a little less. I would have to continue taking longer to notice any more benefits that come with taking tumeric.
