I would walk about three miles and the next morning when getting out of bed my hip and feet would hurt so bad but now it's not so bad to get out of bed. I've been taking one in the morning and one before bed. The pill is very easy to swallow. Overall I like this product and would continue to take it.

The product is easy to consume, much easier than powders, and high quality. Compared to similiar products I have used in the past, this one taste much better and works far better. This product has been pivotal in helping me with inflammation and joint pain. My inflammation, pain, and OTC drug use has decreased significantly. By taking the recommended amount daily, I have noticed a drastic chance in how I feel. This product is very essential ti my health. I highly recommend.

I have a sensitive stomach, and tend to get indigestion from certain supplements (Omega burps are the worst!!) and I have yet to experience any issues with this product.

This is in pill form and it has been so much easier to take on the go. I've been taking it for about 2 weeks and haven't noticed a huge improvement (hence the 4 stars), but I know if I keep at it, that I will continue to see my results increase over time. Not only is my blood pressure running slightly lower but my aching joints seem to be improving everyday. I suffer from arthritis in my elbows, knees and hands. So the relief these pills are providing for that along with my lowered blood pressure has been a blessing. They are easy to swallow and leave no foul taste or bad after taste.

I seem to be recovering from my workouts a little easier and am finding a bit more movement in my stretching. My only complaint is that I wish this was offered in a powder formula or gummy, as I just don't really like taking capsules.

I didn't feel any difference after 2 weeks of taking but I think I need more time to determine any changes. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My only real complaint it the bottom; round opening on a box makes for some awkward angles if you're the type to reach in for instead of dumping out the capsules. Unfortunately, I'm not entirely sure of what all the "health benefits" are supposed to be, so I wasn't able to figure out if any particular aspect of my body or mind were "affected" one way or the other by taking this product. That being said, I had no ill effects from it, and unless I'm told otherwise, I'm sure there are actual benefits of taking turmeric.
