This is very important as I've had several knee surgeries and have tried literally everything to combat the inflammation. I will continue to use this product!

I did notice that I had stomach cramps which I never get but cannot attribute it to this product. I noticed that my excrement was a bright yellow color so the product went fully through my system I didn't notice any anti-inflammatory properties however.

It would be nice if you only had to take one pill, but it's likely that one dose would be huge and it gives people flexibility to take them a separate times. Like many other supplements you do not see the benefits immediately. Your body has to adjust to taking them, so be patient and allow the pills to work. I noticed it took about a week to start noticing anything. I do suffer from depression and I do take a prescription, but I did notice that my mood was a bit better when I took these.

I've started a new workout regiment, and the turmeric has definitely helped with my muscle recovery which has helped me stick to my new routine. This supplement did not work for me at all. I bought this one because it was on sale and am so disappointed, I am now in pain and waiting for my regular brand to arrive. I have had great success with turmeric with two other brands. Will never buy this again as it does nothing.

The packaging was attractive but I wish it was more of a slim profile so it could be stored in a medicine cabinet. Having this in an easy to take capsule has been so convenient. While I would have given 5 stars for an organic source, I still found it to be easy on the stomach and fit in nicely on the counter.

The size of the capsules are a bit intimidating at first, but they were easy to swallow with some water. I've been using these turmeric supplements for a little more than a week and I've already noticed some changes. The main change I've had is with regularity. I suffer from mild ibs and cycle from one extreme to the other. Since taking this, I've been exactly where you want to be and it has been a consistent, everyday thing. I was also experiencing some recent knee pain before this and it has subsided quite a bit. I don't know if that is due to the supplement or if it is healing on it's own. I plan to finish the bottle and will likely purchase more.
