[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I would recommend Turmeric Extra Strength to others because, unlike my other turmeric capsules, I could take one and have even more turmeric in the dose. With my others, I had to take 2 large capsules daily and it still didn't equal 1000mg. On the flip side of that, the capsule is still pretty large, which makes it a bit difficult to swallow. If you aren't good with swallowing pills, this might be a struggle for you because if you don't get it down the first attempt, you may actually start to taste it, which isn't a particularly pleasant taste. I would buy this product again but I would definitely keep my eyes on the lookout for a smaller capsule.

He has suffered no ill effects since he started taking them and has mentioned that he is not as achy as he used to be. Over all a good product that we will continue to use.

Suffering from mild digestive issues and arthritis, I found these capsules easy to swallowed effective and great for inflammation. The antioxidant properties are rich and when taken over time provide incredible results.

I mainly wanted to try it to see if it helped improve some general aches and pains I have. I began going to a chiropractor in 2020 to help with constant hip pain, after my regular doctor said I had sciatica and/or bursitis and because of Covid my chiro offices has been closed so I was looking for alternative treatments. Anti-inflammatory meds would work for a while but I also have high blood pressure and really don't like to take them more than I have to. I have noticed a big difference in joint pain and muscle recovery after a workout. I now try to take some form of Tumeric daily, Tumeric powder in my smoothie, or the Youtheory tumeric on the days I don't drink one. The only downside I noticed was occassionaly burping/upset stomach after taking supplement so I started taking them at night before bed and the problem was not noticeable.

While I didn't feel any effects from the month I did take it, I am intrigued by the anti-inflammatory properties of turmeric as well as the fact that's it's a powerful antioxidant. I feel like if you want something natural then this would be the way to go. I will continue to take this on a daily basis to see the benefits over a longer period of time.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have struggled with covid side effects since 8/28, inflammation with nerve and muscle pain plus lack of smell/taste. Started tumeric last week and literally on day 1 of taking these I had three times I smelled random things which was mind blowing. I'm one week into daily supplements and I now have brief periods daily of my smells returning and taste seems around 60%+. The pills are huge but there is no taste or after effects! I definitely see improvements and have my 12 yr old starting them as well since he has chronic back issues post covid.

I have only taken the turmeric supplements for 2 weeks and I really haven't noticed a big difference in the way I feel yet.
