[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been taking a Turmeric supplement for several months now in an attempt to reduce inflammation in my body due to and potentially contributing to chronic back pain. I have already felt the benefits of turmeric with a reduction in my pain, but I have not yet tried the YouTheory brand until now through Buzzfeed. The YouTheory turmeric capsules are easy to swallow and do not leave an aftertaste at all. The extra strength formula provides a higher dose of turmeric per capsule than my previous supplement.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had back/hip pain for years that has caused a lot of stress and struggles to be more physically active. After I started taking this, it seems the inflammation reduction has caused a decrease in the amount of pain in the hip especially but some in the back. Obviously, this can't just cure major issues- I need to do some stuff physically to make my body stronger- but this helps with the worst of it so that I can get myself moving easier and be more active.

In the 4 days that I have been taking it, I've noticed less grinding in my back when I bend and move and my hip hasn't clicked when I walk. If this is a preview of the benefits, then I would definitely buy this product and make it part of my daily routine. And at this point I would recommend turmeric to my friends and family :)

I have a few health conditions that cause inflammation so I'm intrigued by turmeric supplements. This particular brand also has black pepper which helps the absorption rate. The capsules are not too large and do not face a funny smell or after taste.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wanted to try Tumeric as I have heard it can help with arthritis. I have Rheumatoid Arthritis and Osteoarthritis. I have been in a lot of pain lately. I have only had the product 2 weeks and feel it may not be enough time to give it a fair review. Currently I have not noticed any decrease in pain or anything that would lead me to believe the product is worth buying, however it's only been two weeks maybe and a product should have at least a month to allow a fair review. So I can only give three stars at this time. I like the bottle and label , instructions are clear. It would be cool to have a better understanding of what the benefits of taking , listed on the bottle

I was excited to be given the opportunity to sample the product, courtesy of BuzzAgent. I was having major muscle cramps before taking the supplement. It has all but stopped. Defintely going to become a part of my daily regiment. I highly recommend this product for those suffering from aches and pains of joints and muscle fatique.

At first I wasn't sure if it was actually making any difference, but if I forget to take it I notice. This definitely makes me feel better as far as pain and swelling experienced from daily activity and I plan to repurchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These Youtheory Turmeric Extra Strength capsules are a little on the bigger side but its a little easier to swallow because its a capsule. Ive noticed inflammation. In my knee a little less. I would have to continue taking longer to notice any more benefits that come with taking tumeric.

I'm sure it did some thing for me because I know turmeric is good for our bodies. The pills are kind of large but I didn't feel any better or worse after taking this for a couple weeks.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] To start off I'm from India and we use tumeric a lot so i didn't believe in the pills when I could just use the powder. I was so wrong! Once I started taking these pills I realized first off it's so much easier to take a pill and not messy (If you don't know tumeric powder is a bright orange and stains everything). After I started taking these pills I realized that my joints stopped aching as my and I read it an anti inflammatory so makes sense. Just over all I feel better from my gut to bones! I also have rheumatoid arthritis and it's usually worse In winter but I noticed since I started the turmeric pills I haven't had flare ups. I read it helps your skin and stuff so can't wait to see those results as well. Not sure about other brands but I'm definitely glad I tried you theory first because it has helped me. I will continue to buy these because I find it very beneficial for me.
