[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Tumeric is supposed to have a whole host of benefits, and while I can't say for sure if it provided them, it certainly didn't hurt anything. That is not to say I didn't get any benefit, but when you are looking at things like preventing something or being an anti inflammatory it's kind of hard to measure. I will say these were extremely easy to take. You are supposed to take 2 a day. I have a hard enough time trying to remember to take vitamins/pills so I just took them both at the same time and it seemed to be fine. I also didn't notice any nasuea or anything if I took them in an empty stomach. Overall they were easy to take and no negative side effects.

Normally I wake up in the middle of the night with gas pains, and general discomfort, especially if I've eaten late at night like usual. After the first few days of taking them I've noticed that my heartburn in the middle of the night is almost nonexistent

For example, I had multivitamin but was in pill form. For this one, I had to get some water. Get 2 capsules and drank them with water in capsule form. I did this with no problem. To own this product would take a small amount of time to consume this. I would buy this product and can do it anytime. My friends or family would know about this soon. Online and in person.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had never used a turmeric supplement before so I wasn't quite sure what to expect. The capsule was easy to swallow with no after taste. The packaging was attractive but I wish it was more of a slim profile so it could be stored in a medicine cabinet. I'm not 100% sure this supplement had any I change on my body, but there were no negative effects.

I have troubles with my SI Joint for a year now where it hurts to sit or stand for a long period of time. Within a few days I was could finally sit and stand. It has helped with the inflammation a lot.

The pills are average size so they are easy to take for me and there isn't any aftertastes like some other products I've taken. It's also nice that you can just take them whenever.

Ive noticed inflammation. In my knee a little less. I would have to continue taking longer to notice any more benefits that come with taking tumeric.
