I was happy to try Turmeric supplement to see if it would have me a daily, natural boost. I did feel I had extra energy most days, however some days I did drag a bit. Overall, I felt great while taking it and will continue to add it with my daily multivitamin and Iron supplement.

I started running & simultaneously took turmeric everyday as directed on the bottle. I felt this helped with the anti inflammatory, while running. I look forward to continue to use this!

This is very important as I've had several knee surgeries and have tried literally everything to combat the inflammation. I will continue to use this product!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product was the first I have tried using Turmeric in pill form. I have cooked with Turmeric before but that was the extent of my experience. Unfortunately for me, my body did not do well with it in pill form. I had negative digestive effects as a result of using this particular Turmeric pill. I did take the pill for a week and began vomiting every day that I took the pill. I stopped taking it and the vomiting stopped. I waited another week and started the pill again and within two days the vomiting returned. I am confident it was the pill's effects on me and I cannot say that it will happen to anyone else. I agreed to review this product for free due to my need to be on an anti-inflammatory diet and Turmeric was recommended by my physician to help with anti-inflammation. Ultimately, my suggestion and recommendation are to check with your physician first before beginning any new medical or supplemental products and monitor them closely once you begin them. This product may not have worked for me but it could certainly work great for someone else. The pills were easy to digest, did not smell negative, came in an easy to identify bottle, and had an attractive label.

Youtheory Tumeric has a very high concentrate of curcumin and black pepper to help absorb the curcumin. I like to take Tumeric along with my other vitamins and minerals. It seems to help as an anti-inflammatory.

I have a sensitive stomach and supplements are bothering me, but this one is just amazing, my stomach is happy and I can enjoy all the benefits that Turmeric offers. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The health benefits were promising, I was excited to try it. I found myself to be extremely tired the first couple of days. I stopped taking it for a couple days and was able to reverse that. Then I tried to take again thinking it was a coincidence but it was not. I spoke to my doctor and was advised to stop taking it as I was newly diagnosed with diabetes and was told it may be lowering my blood sugar which would be causing my tiredness. I would advise a friend without that health risk to try it though.

I wanted to take it for a few weeks before leaving a review. At first, I thought that I may not have noticed any changes, but then realized l have had a tailbone and hip pain for months that I wasn't feeling anymore! Easy pill to swallow, no yucky taste or burps. This is definitely going to be a routine vitamin!

I've been taking this for a few weeks and the pain has lessened without taking pain relievers. The pills are not too large and are easy to swallow. I would definitely recommend this.
