I stopped taking it for a couple days and was able to reverse that. Then I tried to take again thinking it was a coincidence but it was not. I spoke to my doctor and was advised to stop taking it as I was newly diagnosed with diabetes and was told it may be lowering my blood sugar which would be causing my tiredness. I would advise a friend without that health risk to try it though.

I buy these for my husband. It's the only brand he likes.
