This is in pill form and it has been so much easier to take on the go. I've been taking it for about 2 weeks and haven't noticed a huge improvement (hence the 4 stars), but I know if I keep at it, that I will continue to see my results increase over time. Great product!

It is recommended to take 2 at a time but the first day I did so, my stomache did not agree with me so i cut my dosage in half at one pill a day. I did some research and this can be a common side effect. One pill a day seems to be fine. Pills have no taste and a beautiful gold color to it. I don't feel any changes in my body but it's only been a few weeks so i'm looking forward to finishing my bottle.

However packaging was nice, safe and high quality ingredients. No odd smell or taste like some I've taken before and no stomach side effects. The size of the capsules are a bit intimidating at first, but they were easy to swallow with some water. I've been using these turmeric supplements for a little more than a week and I've already noticed some changes. The main change I've had is with regularity. I suffer from mild ibs and cycle from one extreme to the other. Since taking this, I've been exactly where you want to be and it has been a consistent, everyday thing. I was also experiencing some recent knee pain before this and it has subsided quite a bit. I don't know if that is due to the supplement or if it is healing on it's own. I plan to finish the bottle and will likely purchase more.

I have already felt the benefits of turmeric with a reduction in my pain, but I have not yet tried the YouTheory brand until now through Buzzfeed. The YouTheory turmeric capsules are easy to swallow and do not leave an aftertaste at all. The extra strength formula provides a higher dose of turmeric per capsule than my previous supplement.

I did some self research and confirmed that turmeric has anti-inflammatory properties that can be good for joints as well as things like skin evening. After taking Youtheory for two weeks I've definitely noticed a more glowing look to my face! As for my overall health I've felt a little less tired and my mood has improved of the past couple of weeks. The supplements for the biggest change I have made recently so I tribute appositive adjustments to that. The capsules were very easy to swallow and I had no adverse side effects from recommended dosage amount.

I would walk about three miles and the next morning when getting out of bed my hip and feet would hurt so bad but now it's not so bad to get out of bed. I've been taking one in the morning and one before bed. The pill is very easy to swallow. Overall I like this product and would continue to take it.
