I was experiencing joint and nerve pain and that has greatly subsided and adding the turmeric was the only thing I have changed. Tumeric possibly treats so many diseases and may help with depression. I have been feeling really great since starting and will continue to take the supplement. I have already recommended it to some friends and am so glad I found it!
