This Tumeric is wonderful. Not only did it arrive fast but it is easy to swallow, effective and easy to store.

Once I started taking youtheory's turmeric, I felt a difference. The inflammation has reduced and I haven't had to take any pain meds in a couple weeks. I was excited to be given the opportunity to sample the product, courtesy of BuzzAgent. I was having major muscle cramps before taking the supplement. It has all but stopped. Defintely going to become a part of my daily regiment. I highly recommend this product for those suffering from aches and pains of joints and muscle fatique.

The packaging was attractive but I wish it was more of a slim profile so it could be stored in a medicine cabinet. I'm not 100% sure this supplement had any I change on my body, but there were no negative effects.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have taken Tumeric before. It does help my joints and I did also notice a difference when taking these supplements. They work well and seem very high quality. They do taste pretty bad in my opinion, but otherwise I really liked them.
