Product is excellent. Restful Sleep for sure. I was wanting to curb my Cortisol Levels and possibly loose weight. Only been taking a short amount of time. No Weight Loss to report as of yet.

I haven't taken it long enough to give it 5 stars, but this stuff works period. I have to be careful when I take it, because sometimes it leaves me a kind of sleepy feeling while I'm at work, yawning frequently. That being said I'm ready for bedtime when I do take it.
