    About this item

    Product details

Ashwagandha (Indian ginseng) is nature's antidote to modern stress. This time-tested botanical is said to greatly improve the body's response to physical and mental stressors while boosting stamina, endurance, cognitive health and overall well-being.*

Youtheory Ashwagandha combines whole root powder and concentrated root extracts to capture the full range of phytonutrients that are naturally occurring in ashwagandha. This formula is powered by KSM-66 — the most clinically supported ashwagandha on the market.

    Powered by KSM-66

Youtheory organic ashwagandha capsules are a potent blend of the adaptogenic powers of Indian ginseng. KSM-66 is derived from the roots of Withania Somnifera, the same botanical used for centuries in the Ayurvedic tradition.

    Boosts Mental and Physical Performance

Ashwagandha capsules can help to enhance your mental and physical performance, for peak efficiency and endurance. KSM-66 helps reduce fatigue and boosts energy levels so that you can power through your day with renewed vigor. These capsules can also heighten cognitive acuity and awareness while promoting a sense of calmness, clarity and inner peace.

    My physician is pleased

We have been using these for for several years. We were both diagnosed with thyroid issues and rather than going Prescription we chose Ashwagandha. Had taken RX for years so not a anti med choice. Blood test show no worries over thyroid. Plus the other benefits, well its a really good product. Nothing to loose.

    Buy regularly!

I started taking this a few months back and have noticed being calmer and having better results from workouts. I’ve been sleeping better. Now if I miss it I can tell the first day. One of the few vitamins that I take that has helped this much and can feel the results.
