We have been using these for for several years. We were both diagnosed with thyroid issues and rather than going Prescription we chose Ashwagandha. Had taken RX for years so not a anti med choice. Blood test show no worries over thyroid. Plus the other benefits,well its a really good product. Nothing to loose.
