All in all a solid supplement for restful sleep and recovery. Other than that, no huge difference. I am on my feet all day and do not feel as sore while taking this.

When is the best time to take this? At night or noon or evening or morning?

Such a huge bottle for only 60 capsules. Very misleading!! Fill up the bottle or make smaller ones.

I can definitely feel the difference when I forget to take it.
