I was given to 2 sample packs that have 2 in each. I have taken only one a day for 4 days, and all I can say is WOW! I am going back to buy the bottle! I have been able to manage my stress at work a lot better. Notice a big difference as my mood feels very neutral, is the only way I can put it.
