Cookware is beautiful and seems excellent quality. Would have given it 5 stars except I think the handle design could be improved. Slightly uncomfortable when trying to hold or drain off a heavy potful of food.

I bought this set as a Christmas present for my son in law who is a chef. He loves them. States they do exactly what they are suppose to in regards to cooking evenly. They need some daily maintenance to preserve the copper look but he states they are wonderful to cook with.

I am very happy with this copper cookware set. It is very good quality and I have been happy with everything I have cooked in it. It cleans up easily and maintains it's beauty when cooking and cleaning instructions are followed according to the directions. Compliments my new kitchen which has black granite countertops with lots of copper chips imbedded in the stone.

I have been using Viking products my entire culinary career, so when i had the opportunity to have them in my own kitchen i jumped on it. The set is beautiful and exactly what i need if i am cooking for the family or want to create full blown fine dinning experience.

I ordered one set and liked it so well, I ordered a second set to get the extra pots. So far it is excellent both for cooking and cleans well. If you follow the cleaning instructions and dry it immediately after cooking, it keeps its luster look. I am very pleased

Food STICKS to thus coo ware even when you add cooking oil. I hate that and I want to return it!

This is a set that you should only buy if you enjoy spending time hand washing after each use.
