I received my Viking Tri-ply copper cookware set, and they were just as nice as I thought they would be. I've searched other copper sets online, and nothing compares to how nice these were. On top of how good they are for cooking, they look beautiful as well. Very pleased.

I bought these for my wife one month ago. They look really nice before using. These were our first Viking brand cookwares and we assumed that they would be better quality because of the the brand reputation. The quality seems evident in everything except the finish. The copper finish is a huge disappointment. I can't imagine selling cookware with a finish that was not intended for heat. I regret getting these as a gift because now my wife feels bad about how they look.

I received this set as a gift and it's one of the most gorgeous things I own. If used correctly (preheat pan, add oil, when oil shimmers add food) it's more nonstick than my worn nonstick pans. The set comes with a sample of Penny Brite cleaner which will remove any tarnish and make the set look new. Heats quickly and so evenly. Seriously amps up cooking!

I bought this set a few weeks ago. I have always wanted a copper set and this price was within my budget. Be aware if you use a gas propane stove, your pans may permanently discolor. I have one large skillet that is almost silver. I still love them and they look so amazing in my kitchen!

Great Cookware seems well constructed and is a pleasure to cook with; the stockpot has a couple of small cracks on the rim and I have reached out to Clipper Corp. the maker of Viking cookware to see if they will replace it and if they need the damaged one back I offered to pack it up but that they need to pay for the return shipping. We will see what they say.

I have used this set for a month now, the copper stains and changes color after the 1st few uses. Now I have a super ugly set and honestly when I have company over it's embarrassing to use these pans because of how dirty and stained they look. I'm fine with everything you cook sticking to the inside of the pan and don't mind the extra time cleaning them, but having the outside ruined is not nice. The pans work well for cooking, nice even temperature. The Copper cleaner does not help FYI. Viking should discontinue making the Copper finish. Keep in mind the reviews your reading are from members that probably used the set once and thought how nice, I've used this set for a month and it's the worst. Good Luck.

This is a GREAT SET! I saw all the reviews and bought them. You have to know how to cook, not cheat by cutting corners and putting everything on high heat. Put oil in a cold pan, heat it to low or medium, swirl the oil around once heated, (add butter) or proceed with your coking. Once you are done cooking, let the pan cool before cleaning. It’s copper so it will patina. If you don’t want that, get some copper polish and it will be bright as new again. I made scrambled eggs on it the first time and had no issues. The eggs actually tastes better than any eggs I have made in a non stick pan. Here is the pan after the first cleaning. I didn’t even use a copper polish. Invest in a good set!!

I never write reviews but this product is a waste of money! We don’t cook that much and have owned this set for under 4 months and are looking for another cookware set. It won’t allow me to upload the picture of the one that appears to have green rust. They are beautiful out of the package but will not be a good buy if you plan to cook with them in my opinion. I’ll try to upload the rest of my pictures later because the one uploaded doesn’t show how terrible some of the pieces look after cooking.

Great addition to my home. Make sure you also buy copper cleaner as these tarnish easily.
