Slight learning curve with the heat. Everything cooks on low heat, any higher and it might burn. I've only had them a few weeks but can't wait for the copper to patina. I've seen others complain about the color change but for me, that's what I love most about copper

Beautiful set that costs over 850 at high end retailers. Same exact set. Bad reviews? They have to be cared for period. No dishwasher or soaking ever. Medium to low heat ONLY!!! Use lots of fat or oil. Let them cool before washing. Just be patient. If patience isnt virture, pass on these.

This is the best set of pans that we have ever owned! We actually gave away our set of AllClad pans.....that is how good these are!! :)

first time I used pan cooper coating came off pan and there were areas on pan that didn't get coated. Was very unhappy with purchase

Looks really nice, hard to clean inside after cooking meat. Even using Bar Keepers takes at least two cleanings.

Not sure I would buy again. Outside does discolor and I used a metal spoon and it scratched interior surface. Did not realize it would do that on this

Beautiful! Yes, they do require a bit of TLC if you want to maintain the original shiny copper finish. Use Wrights copper cream to keep the original finish- it's amazingly easy to use.

Gorgeous until you use it!! We used it one time and it start to discolor. We used the special copper pan cleaner and no luck. Returned it for the stainless steel.

We been very happy when we purchase this cookware. But as soon as we start using them, we discovered how they are not easy and the food stick in it. Will return the item as soon as I get different brand Disappointing

This set of pots and pans are better than I expected. The stainless cleans up nicely with a metal scrubber and they are made of high quality materials. They have real copper and the copper will show patina so if you expect them to look perfect forever, buy the steel ones.
