Very few guidelines on how to cook on the cookware. I have looked and looked for helpful instructions and have only found sales of the cookware. It’s been frustrating use this set because most everything sticks. I have figured out how cook non stick eggs. Spray a cold pan with cooking spray, add eggs and then turn on the heat. It hasn’t worked for shrimp or chicken. If I could return these I would. I waited along time to buy new cookware and thought I was getting the best. Not so, these are very high maintenance cookware. PS I tried the above suggestion about heating pan prior to adding protein, it stuck completely using olive oil. I’m 65 and consider myself an experienced cook. These pans have be baffled. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

My mom bought these as a house warming gift and I threw them out last week and had to buy a different set. They lasted 4 months . Not only did they discolor but everything burned and stuck to the bottom of the pan. I cook every single night and these are by far the worse set of pans I’ve ever had

I was so excited from reading the reviews how well these pots cook however after my first use I found that this product is not what its cut out for. I bought so many different products to make the pots look brand new after every use and by God its alot of work. At this point I said to my self I will just wash them normally. Its too much of a hassle. Also whether it's milk, eggs or anything the inside of the pans get stained easy and won't come off. Unfortunately I can't return so stuck with these until I find a better option.

The pots will discolor even on first use at medium heat. Very disappointing.

i have not used these pots yet but they are absolutely gorgous.

Not good as price, food is burnt.
