The pots will discolor even on first use at medium heat. Very disappointing.

We bought this set last summer; it cooks extremely well, but the copper finish does not last. It is even beginning to wear off; and it discolored after the first use and wash.

The cookware is great, high quality and cooks food evenly. You do have to take extra care when you wash them to clean the copper after each use. They are a quality product at a good price.

I have purchased many expensive cookware sets over the years. I have always wanted a Viking set, so when I seen it in the monthly booklet I ordered it. I love the copper set. A great investment!

I’m in love with these pans! I’ve always wanted Cooper Pans but they were always $800-$2000 + for a set! I bought this set a month ago and truthfully just got them out of the box! I have now used 4 of the pans and truly love them! Viking is such a great brand name, I’m stumped that they are so cheap because they are so well made! Truly quality heavy pans for sure!

First Copper Cookware Set. Quality is so high it instantly made a lifelong fan of the Viking Brand. If someone is having an issue w/ the frying pans I suggest getting a digital thermometer. For the finish I suggest barkeepers friend. If still unhappy I’m willing to rehome!!

I have been cooking with this set about a month now. I could not be more happy with it. I knew when buying it I would have to keep the copper up, and bought the copper cleaner to do so. The pans cook beautifully. Seem to conduct heat perfectly a well. I was not sure I would be able to go back to pans without the non stick coating. Well I have and I really prefer the browning and cooking of these pans. I love the lids are see through, I also love the long handles as you can keep your hands safe. Beautiful as can be and very very happy I choose this set. Thank you.

Heavy, great feel, beautiful, and cooking with these is a dream! Handles stay cool enough, glass tops are wonderful for checking on food, and have steam vent to help prevent spillovers. As long as you follow directions and don't use too high heat, these are the best.
