The cookware is great, high quality and cooks food evenly. You do have to take extra care when you wash them to clean the copper after each use. They are a quality product at a good price.

First Copper Cookware Set. Quality is so high it instantly made a lifelong fan of the Viking Brand. If someone is having an issue w/ the frying pans I suggest getting a digital thermometer. For the finish I suggest barkeepers friend. If still unhappy I’m willing to rehome!!

Heavy, great feel, beautiful, and cooking with these is a dream! Handles stay cool enough, glass tops are wonderful for checking on food, and have steam vent to help prevent spillovers. As long as you follow directions and don't use too high heat, these are the best.

I’m in love with these pans! I’ve always wanted Cooper Pans but they were always $800-$2000 + for a set! I bought this set a month ago and truthfully just got them out of the box! I have now used 4 of the pans and truly love them! Viking is such a great brand name, I’m stumped that they are so cheap because they are so well made! Truly quality heavy pans for sure!

I have been cooking with this set about a month now. I could not be more happy with it. I knew when buying it I would have to keep the copper up, and bought the copper cleaner to do so. The pans cook beautifully. Seem to conduct heat perfectly a well. I was not sure I would be able to go back to pans without the non stick coating. Well I have and I really prefer the browning and cooking of these pans. I love the lids are see through, I also love the long handles as you can keep your hands safe. Beautiful as can be and very very happy I choose this set. Thank you.

This was a gift.

Was very disappointed when copper sauce pan turnef yellowish silver, was frying a slice of bacon. Love the wt. of it. Will keep you posted about the rest of the set as I use them.

I was so excited from reading the reviews how well these pots cook however after my first use I found that this product is not what its cut out for. I bought so many different products to make the pots look brand new after every use and by God its alot of work. At this point I said to my self I will just wash them normally. Its too much of a hassle. Also whether it's milk, eggs or anything the inside of the pans get stained easy and won't come off. Unfortunately I can't return so stuck with these until I find a better option.

My mom bought these as a house warming gift and I threw them out last week and had to buy a different set. They lasted 4 months . Not only did they discolor but everything burned and stuck to the bottom of the pan. I cook every single night and these are by far the worse set of pans I’ve ever had
