Terrible time cleaning these pans....very fussy with cooking any type of meat or anything you need fry. Not worth the effort!

Bought this back before Christmas - immediately discolors upon first use and everything, absolutely everything, sticks. Cleaning is a disaster as well. I do not recommend this cookware to anyone. Very disappointed with the quality and usage.

After very first use the copper “ layer “ which actually is a coating, became discolored. Almost as if heat from stove was melting it off. Very disappointed by Viking product.

Ok I bought these, which are more for looks not to cook with! Food sticks all the time I bought these hope they were great nope suck! washed them and then it turned colors now look black and green rust! I'm returning them. Never Will I Buy Again.
