These are incredibly heavy. Two hands for safety. The different sizes make cooking a breeze. My favorite feature is the option to put the pan in the oven! Why transfer when you can just toss in? Lids up to 400° and pans up to 600°. All my meat was cooked evenly. One pan meals or multiple-course meals you will be ready. Wiped clean in seconds. Now no more amateur moves and grabbing the handle out of the oven! Always place a hand towel on the handle when out of the oven. User error!
