I purchased two of theses batteries. One stopped excepting a charging at 25 months. The other one is still working going on 30 months. Both of my batteries are on a continuous charging system in between fishing trips. I put a lot of research in to this battery. Was hoping for better.

I installed three Duracell AMG 31 group batteries in my boat in May. One dedicated cranking & dash electronics, and two in series to power my 24V trolling motor. All hooked to a 3x10amp on-board charger/maintainer. Over 300 hours of use, including multiple days of hard use without charging and they have been flawless. Could not be more pleased.

PLEASE READ THE TOP LABEL ON THESE BATTERIES. IF YOU WANT ANY AGM BATTERY TO LAST YOU NEED TO "CHARGE AND EQUALIZE" THEM A FEW TIMES A YEAR IF THEY'RE NOT PERMANENTLY CONNECTED TO AN AGM CHARGER. YOU CAN'T USE ANY OLD CHARGER. IT NEEDS TO BE AN AGM CHARGER BECAUSE ALL AGM BATTERIES, EVEN THE EXPENSIVE ONES (Optima), ARE PICKY ABOUT HOW THEY'RE CHARGED. THEY NEED TO BE CHARGED BETWEEN 13.8 VOLTS and 14.6 VOLTS. IF YOU DO THIS, THEY WILL LAST YOU MANY YEARS, SO PLEASE BUY AN AGM CHARGER IF YOU BUY AN AGM BATTERY. I LOVE THESE BATTERIES. I'm pretty sure all the people complaining don't charge and equalize their batteries eventhough it says to do so right on the top label. I love these AGM batteries. I use them to power a backup sump pumps in my basement. I use to use the regular flooded lead acid batteries but I got sick of checking the electrolyte and refilling if necessary every 6 months. I decided to give these a try and I'm so glad I did. They work great after years of use. There's no need to check electrolyte. That's a time saver in itself.

My 2011 Itasca Sunova Model 33C motorhome needed new coach batteries. Based upon recommendations from other RV owners I bought two of these batteries. They were the biggest, heaviest, highest-capacity, deep-cycle batteries that would fit in my motorhome's battery compartment. They're connected in parallel. With a full charge, they'll power my coach, its lights and my 1,000-watt inverter for much longer than the two smaller batteries that were installed at the factory. The sealed design eliminates spills and having to maintain fluid levels.

I have several Duracell AGM group 31 , 27 and 24 . They work very well even 7 years later. Use a high amp Smart Charger and don't drain the battery dead . I have had some of these last me 10 years. All that being said converting to PO4 Lithium is much better in the long run.

Dependable but it is heavy. No problem starting my 225 Yamaha engine.

Our motorcoach came with relatively weak and poorly made Harris batteries- from the factory! Replaced them with these and have not looked back since. Holds power great, stores strong, and we are so happy we made the change!

This is the very same battery that is sold by Marine supply stores for a little over $300. The manufacturer is the same but sold under a different brand.

Lasted 2 years 1 month. Full warranty for 18 months and not prorated after that. Kept well charged and maintained whole life. I’ve had cheaper batteries with better warranties. Why does the automotive battery have a 3 year but not this one?

Purchased two of these batteries for my 2009 Winnebago motor home 04/2013. Now after 27 months neither battery will accept/hold a full charge. Expected a little more life for the price.
