Green vegetable's and vitamins play a big role in your overall health, so making sure they are included in my diet is important. I am not going to say that taking Greens Blend will immediately make you a healthier person, but I can say that my overall health including sleep, skin, and happiness seems to improve when consistently getting my greens in. Above all, Amazing Grass has solid ingredients to keep you going.

This product offers an easy method to include nutrient-dense greens in your diet. Taste is alright nothing that one cannot consume. I usually mix it with food items or smoothies. So far it’s working well with my gut.

However, I tried just mixing it with water to get the most benefits and I almost gagged. I had a better experience when I mixed it in my morning smoothies but always left the smoothie with a weird color(which is minimal I promise just not appetizing to mix blueberries with another color food). I went through this within a month and would highly suggest if you are lacking in the greens department.

It’s not the most tasty but it’s also a green powder so I didn’t get it for the taste. Health is wealth friends!!

Gives me extra vegetable and fruit fiber and nutrients that I'd otherwise not get. I mix this up with some vegan protein powder and peanut butter powder in water and get the perfect post workout breakfast.
