I don't love the taste of this (I wouldn't expect to), so I mix it with a bit of juice + water. Works exactly how it's intended it's a bit grainy though and sits at the bottom of the cup.. make sure to mix well! Full of nutrients and vitamins your body needs to thrive!

The container sales to refrigerate after opening . Each serving has vitamin C and K , 2 servings of fruits and vegetables, and 7 nutritious greens . This container has a 30 day supply. A few things important to note are it’s gluten free and no sugar added ! You add one scoop to every 8 to 12 ounces of water, juice or a smoothie . I make mine with a smoothie. This is a great way to add more whole food nutrition to your health routine.

I was expecting it to taste like fresh lawn clippings but it doesn’t it’s slightly sweet and tastes good. I love that I get 2 servings of fruits and vegetables per scoop. I have been consistently drinking it mixed in 10 ounces of cold water and I feel a slight surge of energy about 30 minutes after drinking it. It’s too soon to notice any difference in health or anything else. I will continue to buy this supplement because it’s healthy and tastes good.
