I have been using the amazing grass original greens blend for a long time, as far back as when , as far as I can remember, it was their only offering, so... many years. I make a smoothie every morning and add a scoop. Changes the color, but does not change the flavor of the smoothie. The best recommendation I can make is that, on the few occasions when I ran out and didn't use it for a few days, I definitely noticed the difference, and made sure I placed another order.

I combine it with some juice and water because I don't particularly enjoy the taste of this (and I wouldn't expect to). Everything operates as expected. Although it tends to settle at the bottom of the cup, it is a little coarse. Be careful to well mix! brimming with the vitamins and nutrients your body needs to thrive!

I am a longtime believer in your Green Superfood, it is truly an amazing product that I use everyday and when I travel I bring the individual packets and mix into my water bottle for that same source of well being on the go, a few vigorous shakes and you are good to go! I love Amazing Grass! I wanted a shake that was good for my health, so I tried Amazing Grass. I feel healthier after drinking it which is great!
