I have an autoimmune disorder and work a full-time job... I usually incorporate this into my lunchtime, but some days my appetite and energy will just be so low that making food seems like an impossible task. So this has absolutely saved me on those days! Really feel like it fills in any nutrient gaps I might experience!

Have been using the capsules for about 15 years and have enjoyed good health. Use the capsules along with the Organic Amazing Grass tablets (which appears to be a discontinued item) for the same length of time. Use them together with a glass of organic carrot juice. In addition, my wife takes the same supplements and with her MS has been able to get off her MS medications.

I have noticed that it is also helping to regulate my digestive system and this is an added bonus.The only downside is no matter how much I try to mix it or shake it up there is always a very thick last couple of drinks. Not enough protein for a meal replacement, but good to hold you over until you are able to eat. I do not mind the taste and only use water as a mixer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was worried this would taste like a wheat grass shot, but actually the flavor is really good & slightly sweet. It’s a great addition to a morning shake or smoothie, but I also really enjoyed it in a hot cup of sleepytime tea!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I will say that this is chocked full of greens that are good for the diet and that is pretty genius. However, I tried just mixing it with water to get the most benefits and I almost gagged. I had a better experience when I mixed it in my morning smoothies but always left the smoothie with a weird color(which is minimal I promise just not appetizing to mix blueberries with another color food). I went through this within a month and would highly suggest if you are lacking in the greens department.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Not sure I can get past the smell of this. The nutrients listed are amazing but it smells like powdered spinach. Not to mention the color and gritty texture. Maybe in a strongly flavored smoothie it would be ok but not with water!

We use it in smoothies and smoothie pops. The kids don’t seem to really even know there is anything different. Glad we found a way to get something nutritious in our picky eaters diet.
