I also love that one serving contains 2 servings of fruits and veggies. Just what I need to have in my diet to get in my necessary greens.

I like to mix in with my spinach blueberry smoothie where there is no discernable taste or just with a quick glass of water where it dissolves nicely - no clumps.

Green vegetable's and vitamins play a big role in your overall health, so making sure they are included in my diet is important. I am not going to say that taking Greens Blend will immediately make you a healthier person, but I can say that my overall health including sleep, skin, and happiness seems to improve when consistently getting my greens in. Above all, Amazing Grass has solid ingredients to keep you going.

I like the ingredients and I like the nutritional benefits but I get a little more of an aftertaste and weird flavor with this one than I do with others. I suppose if I mixed it in with something else it would be better but to mix with water.
