Realistically, I don't get enough nutrition, especially veggies, in my diet so I wanted to supplement it with Greens Blend. I haven't had any negative digestive issues and the taste is okay. It tastes like it looks. I plan to keep taking this as a veggie supplement to get my vitamins and minerals.

The powder is fine and easy to blend, however, I would suggest using a smoothie maker or a blender to blend the powder into a drink. There is a suggestion on the jar that it's possible to add a serving of powder to a cup of water. But I would prefer to blend it with fruits or veggies into a smoothie.

It gives me a healthy energy in the morning and doesn't have a bad taste at all. Truthfully it's perfect for everyone that needs that healthy refresh.

If you have tasted “green drinks” before that contain fruits and vegetables, I would say it tastes the same. This brand doesn’t have a “flavoring” to make it taste sweeter. I usually mix mine with water, which is why i can really taste the “green factor” of what it contains. It is a powder substance that can easily be mixed with water or any other drink you want. Mixing with other items I’m sure it will blend great and the other flavors will take over. When blending, I suggest a blender cup, blender or a frother to mix it well. Overall very pleased

I found myself definitely not getting enough fruits and vegetables in my diet and generally eating the same thing every day, and since taking these greens I feel a world of difference. They actually taste great, mix easily, and don't settle down to the bottom of the glass and separate like so many other brands I have tried. I generally use an emulsifier to mix them, but even on the days I just use a spoon it works like a charm! It has definitely become a staple in my morning routine and something I actually look forward to

We've been buying this for a year now. My high school athlete drinks it every night. We either make the smoothie with frozen fruit and coconut water or we mix it in a water bottle and shake it and drink it that way. I feel more energetic when I drink it. I usually don't give many reviews but we really like this product.

I’ve only had 3 servings thus far and I will say that it definitely contains an earthy taste and I haven’t seen any benefits yet however I am still open to it helping with bloating and getting all my greens that I should have on a daily basis.

HOWEVER once I mixed it into a smoothie I didn’t notice it, which is a great way to sneak greens into every day life! The plastic can is nice and sturdy and the scoop is a generous size. Overall a great product in my opinion
