[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This has a pretty strong green tea taste. I mixed it into a smoothie and still tasted a strong after taste. I felt like it gave me a boost and didn't have any negative after affects so if you can get past the taste or like the green tea flavor, it's good.

I have notice a boost in energy and overall health. I have also started to add to my teenagers smoothie, a great way to add in those extra superfoods without arguing to eat his veggies. I also struggle with stomach issues a few times a month and I’ve notice that since starting this has really helped my digestive health.

I will say, I found mixing it with water did not go well - the taste was far too strong though the packaging says it should be fine.

The only reason it’s not 5 stars is because it contains silica, which is a de-clumping agent to assist with texture. I wish this ingredient was not present, so maybe one day they can redo the formula and omit it. Apart from that, it tastes great. I love the other ingredients. I feel like I have a lot more energy during the day now. I’ve been drinking it daily and I love my new little habit that I’ve formed.

If you have tasted “green drinks” before that contain fruits and vegetables, I would say it tastes the same. This brand doesn’t have a “flavoring” to make it taste sweeter. I usually mix mine with water, which is why i can really taste the “green factor” of what it contains. It is a powder substance that can easily be mixed with water or any other drink you want. Mixing with other items I’m sure it will blend great and the other flavors will take over. When blending, I suggest a blender cup, blender or a frother to mix it well. Overall very pleased

However, I mix it in a blender with almond milk and one teaspoon of peanut butter and it is delicious in my personal opinion. I do not take a lot of greens in personally, so this allows me to increase my intake in shake form for my on the go life-style
