Often times I find myself weighing heavily on protein and fruits, and this helps to make sure I also get my veggies in there too.

With this, I will use in my juice and smoothies, or even in water if I want a quick healthy pick me up. Great benefits, super nutritious and earthy. I can understand if you can't just do it with water, but juice and smoothie on point!

Have been mixing this with Matcha for the past few years for breakfast. I take it with me on trips. I am really thankful that I found the best breakfast powder out of all the ones out there for me. I couldn’t make myself to drink it all the way. Tried a couple of times and just couldn’t. Will try to add to the smoothie. Overall I think ghat it’s a great product if you able to overcome the taste and drink it.

I blend it in my morning smoothie because I'm not big on the freshly trimmed grass flavor lol but the fruit disguises it well. I didn't notice much the first week, but at the end of the second week of 1x daily usage, I felt AMAZING! I had more energy and definitely had less tummy issues and nausea. I am a huge fan and will continue to use this in the future.

The health benefits are great so I love adding this to my morning matcha, smoothies, or just mixing with hot water and honey. The taste isn't amazing, but not bad either, more like "medicine" that with some other mix-ins, is tasty enough to have every day. I'm thinking of trying the berry one as well, I think the savoriness of the Greens blend is why I don't love the flavor as much as I would a sweet one.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Dissolves quickly, no gritty texture to the drink. I use a little hot water to help dissolve then add the rest cold water. Tastes good super cold once it starts to sit and get a little warmer I don't care for it much but it's an easier way to get your veggie intake.
