I live this product.

I eat low carb and I blend this with almond milk frozen berries peanut butter and a Splenda and it tastes healthy and sweet. When I drink this in the morning I feel my day is better. I don't have to rely on my afternoon energy drink. I'm almost out and i will definitely be ordering more!

I mix this up in different ways. I do a spinach version, with blueberries etc. Then i do one with just grapefruit juice. Something about the bitter grass and the bitter grapefruit reminds me of Argentine tea (Yerba mate)…if you’re a “tea snob” you’ll appreciate this. You do have to blend it but I don’t mind at all.

My husband and I have been taking this daily and have been feeling great! Love that it’s packed with vitamins and greens to boost our health. Doesn’t taste great but i didn’t expect it to. We just mix it with a couple ounces of water and take it as a shot. Just make sure if you don’t have a ton of fiber in your daily diet that you don’t take this before going out. It definitely makes you have to go.
