I cannot get the camera to work. I get a notice of movement but no picture. I had to get my Wi Fi increased and still not working.

Easy install. Had existing wires. Or you can charge the unit via micro usb. Camera is clear and bright. Love it!

Had RING and there was such a delay with the doorbell that it was useless. SimpliSafe works much faster and the video is a lot clearer.

I purchased this doorbell knowing nothing of it's performance and installation. I was surprised at how easy it installed and set up on my phone.

Only works with older analog type doorbell chimes, if you have a newer digital doorbell it will not work, i had to find an analog doorbell.

Great addition to my SimpliSafe Alarm System. SimpliSafe is a wonderful security system and has outstanding customer service.

It has easy to follow instructions and I think almost anybody could do it and it’s easy to set up works great
