Glad I waited for the SimpliSafe Pro Doorbell instead of getting the Ring. Much better product and integration with a complete security system.

New in box, did not work after hours on phone with SimpliSafe tech. They recommended to exchange. I hope I can give the new unit 5 stars!

Doesn't work. Called Simply Safe and sent me a controller for my doorbell and still didn't work. Will return.

Love beong able to see wha'ts going on when I am not home!! I have crappy wi-fi...and still works decent.

Pleased with quality and glad it is included with my monitoring fee. Just waiting for the exterior camera

We love having the ability to see who was at our door when we get a notification on our phones that there was someone there.

It took me about 15 minutes to install and with the app and push notices within 2 seconds of motion detection makes this doorbell a winner.

Product is ok. Beware to view activity at later date will cost. Real time monitoring only if no monthly fee..

I purchased this doorbell knowing nothing of it's performance and installation. I was surprised at how easy it installed and set up on my phone.

Had RING and there was such a delay with the doorbell that it was useless. SimpliSafe works much faster and the video is a lot clearer.
