Could not be worse

This constantly needs to be connected to AC power or it will self discharge. Will not jump start a car. The USB charging ports do not work. They light up but won't charge any phone. Havent tried the air pump other than it makes noise so I assume it works. Found this out in an emergency. Spent alot of money for this and it fails. I thought maybe I was doing something wrong so I looked online for a manual but none found

Instructions please

Hello, I purchased your Stanley FAT MAX JUMP STARTER MODEL PP1DCS just a few months ago. I would like a copy of the owners or operation manual or some type of instructions. When I connect it to my 12 Volt car battery it shows the voltage and I presume an alternator symbol that just blinks constantly. It also when switched to the ON position starts to beep. I am looking for some explanation of these symbols and sound plus if I leave the fully charged FAT MAX JUMP STARTER model PP1DCS attached to the 12V battery for 15 minutes while in the ON position and the BEEPING SOUND ONGOING IS THAT ADDING TO THE CHARGE OF THE BATTERY? Thank you for your prompt reply,

Save Your Money

I bought this product in August 2019 and it worked fine to inflate 3 tires then stopped working on the 4th. It shows that there is 70+pound of air in the tire it my manual gauge shows 28 pounds. Warranty requires me to pay to mail it in for repair or replacement.

Don’t waste your money on this!!!

I didn’t like depending on needing someone to boost my car when stranded or have to worry about out being left without power during outages so buying this item seemed great! But after only using about 4x it began to have defects! The LED lights would turn on constantly throughout the day as I had to turn it off each time. Then after about a month of that it was quiet for a while then started beeping every so often. Now it has a constant buzzing noise that I can’t get to stop at all! Not to mention now it smells like hot wiring. My advice, find a different brand to buy. I wish I didn’t have to rate this even one star but had to in order to leave a review. My real rating is -1000⭐️⭐️⭐️’s I

Avoid this

My wife bought me one for my birthday in October. Has worked good until now, 8 months later. Compressor stops working when trying to inflate my truck… yeah just when you need it. Only works if it’s not trying inflate something with much pressure. Like it will run and inflate a balloon. But the battery part works .. well until my truck battery is dead and I need a jump.

Defective

I wouldn't purchase this item. I saw that it was going on sale, once it went on sale i purchased this jump box. When it arrived I taken it out of the box and went to see if it will turn on. It didn't wanna turn on. So I put it on the charge to charge. It automatically jumped to 3 charging bars and the 4th flashing. After the recommended charging time I checked the jump box again and the same results, 3 bars and the 4th flashing. I then unplugged it to turn it on and still no power.

Keeps turning itself on

After having it for six months it keeps turning itself on and off. Whether it is the led lights or the air compressor. It turns itself on and off as it pleases. At least it causes the battery to die when not in use. At worst it can be a fire hazard I would presume.

Works for me

I have had this for over a year and still works. I would recommend this Fatmax. I use it a few times a week to pump up my mower tires and use to use it a lot when my battery on my mower was going bad. I did have a very dead battery on my car a few weeks ago that it would not jump but it may have been due to the way my battery terminals are set up. I would however love an online manual. Hope this helps!

More than Tire Pump & Jump Starter: Safety Light!

Best purchase for emergency tools to keep in my car! Heavier than the cigarette lighter plug-in pump I was used to, but. am so thankful I had this with me for my recent in-the-dark flat tire. This lit up area nicely. So much safer! Am keeping this in trunk right next to floor jack. Wasn't happy with previous replacement for my 30-year-old cigarette-lighter-powered air pump. This Stanley Tire Pump is awesome. The latch for the air hose storage compartment was a bit difficult to open first time. Heavy duty plastic!

Never worked

I bought mine as a father's day gift for my dad who is a truck driver. I noticed he just had it sitting around the house for a year so I took it because during winter my tires get low. Well now I know why it never used it. It doesn't even work. I had my boss try to help me figure it out and he said it was definitely defective and non working. Sam's club would not take it back
