This will not start a Chrysler town and Country with a dead battery immediately. You must let it "charge" the dead battery a little then it will start. My Cummins FORGET ABOUT IT! The compressor worked great. This is not a terrible product but the "instant" amps are a little low for it to be a good or great product.

Had an issue once and had to send it in to get fixed, which did happen but it was a hassle to ship because it's so heavy. Less than 2 years later it is turning on & off by itself randomly & my family thinks there is a ghost in the house. I had an old Stanley power station that worked great for years, but this one is of poor quality. It works fine but I shouldn't have 2 problems in 3 years with a product like this, that I use once only every few months (but I do charge it frequently like they recommend).

Having battery issues, I only used this a handful of times before all functions just stopped. The warranty ran out by the time I needed it again and realized that literally nothing on it worked, not just the jumpstart. What a joke to have this for emergencies when it’s completely unreliable.

I have purchased 2 & at different times so I am apt to believe either workmanship or parts changed as the older one works well while the newer one does not retain a charge. Emergency equipment that is not dependable is not an assured feeling for a product.

I bought this 9 months ago and it worked okay, started whatever I needed at first but seemed underpowered. Now the battery is going bad won't jump start anything but maybe a mower. Air compressor is commonly going out in these. There is no cord for charging, you have to use a drop cord. I just expected it to last longer.

I've bought Stanley products for years, always keeping they at the top of my list for "goto quality products". But this time, I am serierly disappointed! Because of my field of work, people are always asking me about what brands I use and what's reliable. Being that this product has Stanley in big bold letters, It's not hard to see who makes it. Regrettably, it's failed from the start..even when bragging to a customer about my "newest toy", it failed. It's never fun trying to explain to someone what happen when you don't know yourself. It's humiliating. I bought it less than 6 months ago and after several attempts to reconcile, hoping they were isolated events (air pump failing, battery charger charging way to slowly or not at all) they wasn't. I had no choice to buy this product from a different manufacturer. I tried looking here on the site for a place to register this product and follow up on the warranty, but I have no luck. Stanley, you've really let me down on this one.

I purchased this unit 3 years ago and have only used it a couple of times for filling tires and once to start a dead battery. It performed well for 2 years. However, the third year, the battery would no longer hold enough charge to air one tire of a bicycle. I called service and they would not do anything. I tried to purchase another battery for the unit and that would have cost $90.00. The other problem is when the technician at Batteries Plus attempted to remove the cover, after removing all the screws(around 14) the cover still would not come off.

This little unit is a workhorse. I bought it today and needed to use it to pump car tires that got really low with the bitter cold temperature. It filled 2 very low tires in 12 minutes and 2 slightly low tires in 4 minutes. While that seemed like a long time, I can't complain because the typical gas station free air compressor valves aren't always maintained. And to my surprise it was FULLY charged upon purchase. I'm going to buy a second one for our other vehicle.

Bad product. Don’t buy it. My kids got it for me as a gift Worked once to pump a trailer tire up . Now display,lights wont even turn on unless a power cord is hooked up, as soon as I disconnect the power cord it turns off . Says the battery is full and @14v . There a little engine symbol on the bottom right corner flashing. Now that I read all the reviews here there iis definitely something going on with these units .

I used this to pump up the tires on my car exactly three times before the compressor died. It never would work for the tires on my bike. The main reason I purchased this was to avoid paying 75 cents at the local convenience store to inflate my my tires. I ended up paying about $26 per inflation.
