Bought the fist one and it wouldn’t jump a battery after 6 months. Bought the 2nd one and exactly 1 year and 1day the compressor quit. When I try to activate the compressor, I get a flashing rectangle on the left side of the screen. It reads 12.8 volts so I don’t know what the issue is.

I've used both the jumper and air compressor functions multiple times and have never had any problems and have both saved me a lot of time and effort. Only call-out is the jumper function isn't super intuitive so helps to watch a video of how it works when you use it.

This will not start a Chrysler town and Country with a dead battery immediately. You must let it "charge" the dead battery a little then it will start. My Cummins FORGET ABOUT IT! The compressor worked great. This is not a terrible product but the "instant" amps are a little low for it to be a good or great product.

I purchased this 13 months ago. I'm an older, disabled person so I wanted something easy and convenient to use. I used this 3 times to add air to my tires, which was great. Sadly when I went to use it yesterday, none of the buttons on the panel work.

I have a big compressor myself and I love this device because you can take with you and not have the need to ask for someone to jump your car or put air on your tire when your not home. I have used it multiple times to jump my car and to fill out tires after i fix it with plugs because of a nail. Sometime roadside takes over an hour to come and I get impatient. I gave one to my daughter who just left to college for the summer term. In addition, it’s great for hurricane season and when the power is out and need to charge a phone. I charge it once a week. Love it

Purchase because of the Stanley name. Not a good product. Stopped working correctly within months. Now over a year old and it's garbage. Doesn't charge correctly, Doesn't jump correctly, compressor is a joke. Only the useless light works as it should. It's a shame Stanley I through was a recognizable name. Not anymore!

The USB Ports do not work; they power up, but shut down immediately when you attach any USB device; I have tried phones, speakers, and many other USB items simply to charge; none draw more than the 3.1 amps and I have not attached more than one device at a time; there is nothing anywhere to be found on how to trouble shoot why; I have used many different cables also; this happens with every USB device I attach to charge.

Bought yesterday and today one of the kids mentioned they thought they had a low tire. Low was an understatement! Three only had just over 20 psi and one had 12 psi. Set the pressure on the FatMax at 44 and let it do its thing. It's not exactly speedy but didn't have access to my big compressor. It's one of them tools you hope you never have to use. But you'll be glad you have if needed.

I purchased this unit 3 years ago and have only used it a couple of times for filling tires and once to start a dead battery. It performed well for 2 years. However, the third year, the battery would no longer hold enough charge to air one tire of a bicycle. I called service and they would not do anything. I tried to purchase another battery for the unit and that would have cost $90.00. The other problem is when the technician at Batteries Plus attempted to remove the cover, after removing all the screws(around 14) the cover still would not come off.

I bought this for emergency jumps and power outages. Sometimes the vehicle is in a difficult location where positioning another vehicle to jump it is impossible, difficult, or dangerous. I also wanted an emergency power supply for power outages to charge electronic devices, to power USB fans, and USB lights. This fits the bill perfectly. I just top it off once a month by charging it with a normal extension chord. Judging by other reviews though, I guess I'm lucky that I have a functioning unit. If I buy another in the future, I will be sure to test it right away and exchange it in case I bought a defective one.
