I purchased this as a gift for my son in college as his car constantly goes dead in winter. Despite taking it in for multiple repairs the problem still persists. This literally just arrived TODAY and imagine that.. car dead. He left his lights on. Took this bad boy outside and 2 min later the car was up and running. I cannot say for long term use but This gets 5 stars from me today.

This appears to be a good buy. However be aware that no 110VAC cord is supplied and most110 VAC equipment power cords do not fit. I finally found an inexpensive extension cord, with no ground, that would fit the plug on the unit. Nowhere in advertising, that I could find, did it say there was no charging power cord included. The unit appears to be as advertised elsewise.

I purchased two of these one of which would not charge. I contacted the company because it's under warranty. I was told that I had to ship it back. I went to the post office to do that and it was going to cost me almost $40. I did my research before purchasing this and it had great reviews. So buyer beware if anything happens to it it's going to cost you half of what you paid for it to return it I would not recommend

Had for a couple of years, barely used for jumping, 3rd time using, wouldn’t power off, recharged, wouldn’t jump, no power to cables, still wouldn’t power off but held charge so it beeped insistently for days. Finally charged back up thinking it was a fluke. Nope, no jump, air compressor never tried doesn’t work, usb works, but won’t turn off, so other than a battery charger for phones, it’s useless.

This constantly needs to be connected to AC power or it will self discharge. Will not jump start a car. The USB charging ports do not work. They light up but won't charge any phone. Havent tried the air pump other than it makes noise so I assume it works. Found this out in an emergency. Spent alot of money for this and it fails. I thought maybe I was doing something wrong so I looked online for a manual but none found

this was a waste of money I own the fatmax power station also this thing never worked maybe about five months its been sitting collecting dust it stopped charging and it wouldnt jump start my car when it needed it to its terrible to see all the negativity for this product

This unit is trash, would never jump off my car, would never charge anything via usb and only put air in 2 tires before it gave out I still have it as a paper weight and that all it been very disappointed in this i am now looking at buying another jump pack wish I would not have impulse brought this, I was hoping to save a Aaa service call but ultimately had to call anyways so please don’t waste your money and go with something else and I only had just over a year days it fully charged and won’t do anything now

This little unit is a workhorse. I bought it today and needed to use it to pump car tires that got really low with the bitter cold temperature. It filled 2 very low tires in 12 minutes and 2 slightly low tires in 4 minutes. While that seemed like a long time, I can't complain because the typical gas station free air compressor valves aren't always maintained. And to my surprise it was FULLY charged upon purchase. I'm going to buy a second one for our other vehicle.

Bought this Black Friday. Charged it up when I got home like the instructions say to do. Used it the next day to "top-off" my tire pressure on my car. It took so long for it to pump up to 40 psi. It ran out of charge while pumping up my third tire. I recharged it again over night. Tried to jump start my tractor and it wouldn't do it. Then I tried to pump up the tires on the tractor, and it would run but it wouldn't pump up the tire. This one is a piece of junk. Plan to return it the next time I get to Sam's. Not sure yet if I want to get a replacement or just get a refund and try a different brand.

Bad product. Don’t buy it. My kids got it for me as a gift Worked once to pump a trailer tire up . Now display,lights wont even turn on unless a power cord is hooked up, as soon as I disconnect the power cord it turns off . Says the battery is full and @14v . There a little engine symbol on the bottom right corner flashing. Now that I read all the reviews here there iis definitely something going on with these units .
