I should have read the reviews about Samsclub.com and the Starbucks cards. All of mine gave an error. They didnt show a zero balance just an error. Trying to take them back to the store.

Fast shipment, please a busy mother who doesn't enjoy shopping in store. Our three children wanted to surprise their Teachers with something special. Thankful Family!

At first, I thought they forgot to send these. I even called customer service. I took a closer look at the other gift cards I ordered and the Starbucks cards were stuck to them. Crazy but a happy ending. My nieces loved the cards!

Gifts cards were fine at a slightly reduced price and arrived in a reasonable amount of time. However, no VUDU movie benefit redemption code included, and no indication on how this part of the deal would be handled. It finally showed up by email weeks later. Don't believe I'll "bite" again on a similar offer again!

DON'T BUY GIFT CARDS FROM SAM'S CLUB! I ordered five 3-packs of $10 Starbucks gift cards which never arrived. The tracking showed that FedEx shipped them out and then were stuck in transit. Customer service sent me to the fraud department who told me I needed to call back after 10 business days (today was the 10th business day) and I already spent 30 minutes on the phone with them. I finally asked for his supervisor who ultimately told me I had to dispute the charge with my bank! He said Sam's Club's policy is not to refund gift cards even though I never received them.
