Sams did not activate these before sending them to me. I purchased them through the app, and sent them as gifts. A recipient told me they weren’t activated. 2+ hours dealing with Sams customer service and they still did not want to refund or fix the issue until I demanded several times for the money to be refunded.

Very disappointed. This was not activated. Had to call number on back of card Was told you have to go inside Starbucks to get activated. This was a gift to someone. How would Starbucks know if this was a stolen card and they activated. I am not very pleased. I hope all their cards aren’t like this

I purchased several vendor gift cards as a birthday gift. All of the gift cards were activated upon arrival, except the cards to Starbucks. Supposedly a separate email was sent to activate these cards that was never received. Sam's Club did not communicate this during checkout or with any order confirmation emails. Customer service only refunded the cost and didn't offer to replace them.

I bought this as a gift online to my niece in another state. It was sent directly to her. She called to tell me it wasn’t activated. I went to Sam’s Club-they wouldn’t help but gave me the online number to call. I called several times to get help and was hung up on by their customer service person!!!! Horrible!!! She said she couldn’t help me then click! So now I’m out the $30 and a gift.

Cards were not activated so I can’t use them. I have filled a complaint with the Attorney General’s office because I have contacted Sam’s 7 separate times and they have not resolved this.

The convenience of online ordering is wonderful. I wil not pay more for a product by having to pay shipping fees though. The items also arrived earlier than expected also. This was great!

This was a good deal. But please check first with the telephone number on the back to make sure they are activated. You would hope they are activated after you spent good money to get them, but that might not be the case. Just sayin.

Gift cards were not activated on arrival and I had no idea until the person I gave one to told me! Why would anyone send out gift cards that don’t work????

I like to have a ten dollar gift card at my disposal to include with a birthday, thank you, or any occasion greeting card. This three pack is a convenient purchase to have cards available and handy.
