I bought a bunch of different gift cards to give as gifts online through Sams club. I gifted several and found out that the Starbucks cards weren’t activated. Sams club referred me to Starbucks who I have spoken to on the phone and then emailed them all 6 cards info and receipt and now they want me to call them again. All other cards bought were active. Not only embarrassing but also a huge amount of time spent and so far still out $60 in gift cards.

I purchased several vendor gift cards as a birthday gift. All of the gift cards were activated upon arrival, except the cards to Starbucks. Supposedly a separate email was sent to activate these cards that was never received. Sam's Club did not communicate this during checkout or with any order confirmation emails. Customer service only refunded the cost and didn't offer to replace them.

Sams did not activate these before sending them to me. I purchased them through the app, and sent them as gifts. A recipient told me they weren’t activated. 2+ hours dealing with Sams customer service and they still did not want to refund or fix the issue until I demanded several times for the money to be refunded.

I bought these as Teacher Appreciation gifts. They come in one package, so you have to split them up if you want to use them individually.

I should have read the reviews about Samsclub.com and the Starbucks cards. All of mine gave an error. They didnt show a zero balance just an error. Trying to take them back to the store.

I like to have a ten dollar gift card at my disposal to include with a birthday, thank you, or any occasion greeting card. This three pack is a convenient purchase to have cards available and handy.

Fast shipment, please a busy mother who doesn't enjoy shopping in store. Our three children wanted to surprise their Teachers with something special. Thankful Family!

The convenience of online ordering is wonderful. I wil not pay more for a product by having to pay shipping fees though. The items also arrived earlier than expected also. This was great!

Gift cards were not activated on arrival and I had no idea until the person I gave one to told me! Why would anyone send out gift cards that don’t work????

Cards were not activated so I can’t use them. I have filled a complaint with the Attorney General’s office because I have contacted Sam’s 7 separate times and they have not resolved this.
