Good for a store bought product. Aroma is very pleasant and easy to prepare. Only issue I have is for my taste, the black pepper overwhelms all the other flavor's. If I purchase again I will increase the milk in the milk to concentrate ratio, or maybe add some additional cinnamon and cloves to combat the overwhelming pepper. I understand black pepper is a necessary ingredient for a Chai, to be the third ingredient with only water and black tea ahead of it?

Tazo has obviously changed the recipe. I have been buying this classic chai tea latte concentrate for over two years and the lattes I made were Perfection. However the last 10 or 12 containers have been hit or miss. At first they were watery and adding more concentrate just made the drink sweeter. But next was worse. Now the last few ounces of the container is pure sludge. If I shake the container the sludge is dispersed and makes all the lattes taste bad. So I try not to disturb it and end up with sludge at the bottom that I throw away. Please fix this.

I started buying Tazo a couple years ago when I realized I was spending way too much money at Starbucks when I could make the same drink at home. I always make iced chai with the Tazo mix and it tastes great! I recently bought a new bottle and noticed the rebrand, but unfortunately the recipe must have been changed too. It has lost all of the flavor and I can no longer make iced chai lattes at home. Please bring back the old recipe! This is the best Chai I have ever found.

I’ve been buying this for at least a few months, maybe even a year. The last time I bought some I had legitimately thought it had gone bad, WAY too sweet, not nearly as much spice, genuinely not good. So I threw the rest out, and bought some more, only to find out the recipe was changed! Extremely disappointed. Will not buy until the recipe is changed back.

I bought three containers today. To my dismay I found the product to be a watered out, no spice, no flavor product, quite different from the product I have come to love. I bought your product because it was the best on the market - I will now need to look elsewhere as this isn't worth the money I paid for it. Very unhappy and wish I could have given it a rating of 0.

I bought this yesterday morning..... its gone. this is the absolute best thing i've ever freaking purchased. i HATE having to make my own concentrate but iced chai lattes are my favorite and i usually use Tazo Chai tea bags to make them, this literally saved my life!! lol. thank you tazo!! <3 will definitely be buying this again....and again... and again!!!

Love this tea and have been using it for years! The "skinny" version is just as good. Btw, this is the chai that they use in Starbucks! My only issue is with the packaging -- when twisted (easily), the cap breaks the foil seal so you are never quite sure the package has not been tampered with.

This is the best chai concentrate available, in my opinion. I love the spice blend with this one. I have all but stopped drinking coffee now as I prefer Tazo chai. My only wish is that it were on more shelves. It is incredibly hard to find these days. So, so delicious!

I love Chai Latte but haven't been able to find the K cups for awhile. I found the Tazo Chai Latte Concentrate while on vacating and figured I'd try it. I'm hooked. Please tell me it is gluten-free. I've had quite a battle with gluten and don't want to give up my Tazo Chai Latte.
