I love TAZO Chai Classic. I probably started drinking it back in 2005, when the branding was still old school, but the taste was still the same. I still enjoy the chai today, prepared on the stove. Can be spicy if you want, but I usually go middle. A dash of cinnamon and it's perfect. Essential part of my upbringing!

I buy this chai latte all the time, the skinny and the regular if skinny isn’t available. It’s my drink every morning. The cost has gone up, like everything else and I get it. But apparently your packaging has gotten cheaper. At least half of the containers leak upon opening. I unscrew the cap and go to pour it in my cup and it leaks heavily from under the pour spout and I end up with tea all over my counter. It’s annoying and wasteful of an increasingly expensive product. Please fix this problem with your seal. I assume that when the top is screwed off it pulls too much of the foil seal away and causes the leak. But, as the consumer, there’s literally nothing I can do to prevent that. It seems to be worse on the boxes that get even a little bit pushed in on the top in transit. But even undamaged boxes do it too. It’s at least half if not more of what I open. So annoying!!

Heaven! Tazo chai latte is perfect for fall! Its actually a black tea with the chai spices so if you wanted a latte you would have to mix it with your preferred milk. It tastes great! A little on the sweet side so just be aware of the ratio when mixing.

I loved Tazo for prioritizing Star of Anise in the flavor profile, no other brand had such a wonderful and complex flavor combination. As a tea junky this was my go to ready made. The new recipe has such a low concentration Star of Anise that I can hardly taste it!! I am so sad, no other ready made concentrate had it. So I guess I will be making my own now. The new recipe is miserably lacking in a middle and end flavor. I can barley taste the ginger, the burn is missing. Either the ingredient are in lower in concentration or not brewed long enough. The tea tastes much sweeter without the strong spice. Not worth buying concentrate for such a bland tea, I can brew a tea just as bland myself.

Like those who have also commented recently I have been drinking the classic chai latte concentrate for years now. I have seen the design on the box change twice now and noticed a few weeks ago with the latest design that it tastes different. I am pleased other people noticed this as well. It is very upsetting, it is not as spicey and flavorful as before. CHANGE BACK THE RECIPE please.

I’ve had my daily cup of Tazo Chai Latte for over 10 years and since the packaging changed on the exterior, the tea inside must have changed too. It is a watered down version and the good spicy flavor that Tazo was known for is clearly gone. Every morning I’m disappointed at how blah and unsatisfying the tea is. I want to see the spices stick to the inside of my cup like they used to! PLEASE bring back the original recipe! In the meantime, I’ll be looking for a replacement brand.

I have been drinking Tazo chai for years and lately, I have been very disappointed. It seems like something has changed and the chai has become watery and tasteless. I am hoping this is just a temporary issue that will be fixed so I can go back to enjoying the same great chai I have enjoyed for years.

When Tazo changed the box, I think they also changed the formula. I've been drinking this stuff for as long as I can remember. It wasn't exactly the same as the Starbucks kind, but it was great. Now it's watery, with less punch. I'm still addicted to it, but it's not as satisfying. And there was no reason to change the spout. The new one isn't secure. Did you never hear the expression, "If it ain't broke, don't fix it"?

I love Chai Latte but haven't been able to find the K cups for awhile. I found the Tazo Chai Latte Concentrate while on vacating and figured I'd try it. I'm hooked. Please tell me it is gluten-free. I've had quite a battle with gluten and don't want to give up my Tazo Chai Latte.

I started buying Tazo a couple years ago when I realized I was spending way too much money at Starbucks when I could make the same drink at home. I always make iced chai with the Tazo mix and it tastes great! I recently bought a new bottle and noticed the rebrand, but unfortunately the recipe must have been changed too. It has lost all of the flavor and I can no longer make iced chai lattes at home. Please bring back the old recipe! This is the best Chai I have ever found.
