New flavor is horrible

Tazo had to have changed the flavor, along with the packaging, of my favorite chai. I have been drinking Tazo Chai Tea for years and make it at home almost every day. This morning I got the the bottom of my concentrate and it came out dark and sludgy. I though it went bad. I threw it out and opened a new one after shaking it. It was horrible. Well I guess that just reduced my grocery bill. Why did you change it? Obviously, the term “classic chai” meant nothing to you. Oh well, I guess my grocery bill just went down as I won’t be buying it again.

Tazo Chai Latte is an easy way to make a cup of chai at home, but the last few times I have bought it, it has had a sour taste even though it hadnt expired yet. Besides those few times, Tazo Chai Classic Latte Black Tea, is pretty yummy and I especially like to pair it with oat milk!

Super watery

Last year, during lockdown, I purchased a couple of these so I could enjoy them at home rather than braving the coffee shops. I've purchased it before and it's always been great, but now it's super watery and not as spicy? I thought I was imagining things or maybe got a bad batch, so I tried again... nope, still watery. Shaking it well doesn't help, adding more concentrate to my drink doesn't help. It's so weird. Something has changed and it makes me sad.

TONS OF SUGAR!

Well you didn't like my last attempt. Tazo Chai has a LOT of sugar! Even the Skinny version has a LOT of sugar! You should release a Tazo Chair WITHOUT SUGAR or any sweetener at all so we can add our own sweetener. Before I started having blood sugar problems I loved Tazo Chai. It tastes great. But it has way to much sugar in it. Each time you reject my review I will drop TWO STARS!

New recipe is bland missing Star of Anise flavor!

I loved Tazo for prioritizing Star of Anise in the flavor profile, no other brand had such a wonderful and complex flavor combination. As a tea junky this was my go to ready made. The new recipe has such a low concentration Star of Anise that I can hardly taste it!! I am so sad, no other ready made concentrate had it. So I guess I will be making my own now. The new recipe is miserably lacking in a middle and end flavor. I can barley taste the ginger, the burn is missing. Either the ingredient are in lower in concentration or not brewed long enough. The tea tastes much sweeter without the strong spice. Not worth buying concentrate for such a bland tea, I can brew a tea just as bland myself.

GREAT TASTE

I had been looking for a good chai mix for a longggggg time. I tried chai mix powder but it was too sweet and had way too much sugar. Then I found this in the store and was amazed! It contains way less sugar, has a spice taste to it with ginger and cinnamon, and seems way healthier. It’s so simple mix with a little milk or milk substitute and your done! I will say it get a little complicated if you want it warm because then you have to heat up in stove or in microwave. But overall love it and definitely recommend :)

Nothing beats a fresh cup of chai tea but man is this close. I love it because sometimes you're running late but you still need a quick fixing of tea. This is the perfect solution for those days when you're in a hurry. It is not only delicious, but quick and convenient.

Please change back to original recipe.

I have bought Tazo Chai Latte for years as I love it. Several years ago you changed the recipe it was terrible. Since so many wanted the original back you boxed it and called it "Classic Chai Latte". Bummer now the box exterior has changed again (December 2019) and so has the content. It has way more water and the taste has changed. Please go back to the original recipe.

I swear by this. I used to spend excessive amounts of money at coffeehouses getting chai tea lattes, then started buying my own milk and this chai tea concentrate to make my own homebucks. Tastes the same! I highly recommend to anyone considering making their morning thermos concoction easier.

Your new recipe is horrible

Chai is my go to drink since I don't drink coffee, I realized at least 7 years ago while working way too many hours with not enough sleep that the Starbucks chai was the exact same type that I could buy the mix for and I never looked back for years! We are talking at least 2 blended iced chai a day type addiction. You have recently changed the recipe and it tastes very watered down and the color is a lot lighter, I also noticed a sharp drop in caffeine thanks to the lovely caffeine withdrawal headaches! Very unhappy and will be finding other options rather than drink this watered down mix.
