I have been drinking Tazo chai for years and lately, I have been very disappointed. It seems like something has changed and the chai has become watery and tasteless. I am hoping this is just a temporary issue that will be fixed so I can go back to enjoying the same great chai I have enjoyed for years.

I have no words. It taste good, mix with your milk of preference.

I first experienced it at a restaurant in Taos NM,i lived in NM at the time. It was a iced Chai and feel in love with it and the waitress said it TAZO!!

The tastiest boxed iced chai latte that you can buy...however I dont buy it due to the sugar! I rather make my own so I can control the sugar content :-) If they made a half-sweet or unsweeted version that would be amazing!

I adore the chai latte concentrate from tazo. It is a much cheaper way to make delicious chai lattes at home, although buyer beware- they are addicting. Overall a great value for money, especially compared to buying single drinks at a coffee shop.

Chai everything forever. Chai smell, chai taste, chai COLOR all of it please. Tazo always brings it home with their flavors. This one was no exception! Not the absolutely best Ive had, but definitely delicious.

I love making an at home iced chai so Ive gotten this a few times. Its not my favorite though. Tastes a little watered down when prepared and also over sweet for my taste! Its just okay.

Each time inhave mixed it with equal parts milk, and each time there is a layer of brown film on the top of the liquid after heating. Almost a plastic resemblance.
