I had been looking for a good chai mix for a longggggg time. I tried chai mix powder but it was too sweet and had way too much sugar. Then I found this in the store and was amazed! It contains way less sugar, has a spice taste to it with ginger and cinnamon, and seems way healthier. It’s so simple mix with a little milk or milk substitute and your done! I will say it get a little complicated if you want it warm because then you have to heat up in stove or in microwave. But overall love it and definitely recommend :)

Tazo Chai Latte is an easy way to make a cup of chai at home, but the last few times I have bought it, it has had a sour taste even though it hadnt expired yet. Besides those few times, Tazo Chai Classic Latte Black Tea, is pretty yummy and I especially like to pair it with oat milk!

I bought three containers today. To my dismay I found the product to be a watered out, no spice, no flavor product, quite different from the product I have come to love. I bought your product because it was the best on the market - I will now need to look elsewhere as this isn't worth the money I paid for it. I just bought this and was super excited this morning to indulge in a nice cup of Chai Latte. First off, it smelled weird...kind of rancid. The taste was off and far too sweet. I can’t get the after taste out of my mouth. I won’t be purchasing this ever again!

Good for a store bought product. Aroma is very pleasant and easy to prepare. Only issue I have is for my taste, the black pepper overwhelms all the other flavor's. If I purchase again I will increase the milk in the milk to concentrate ratio, or maybe add some additional cinnamon and cloves to combat the overwhelming pepper. I understand black pepper is a necessary ingredient for a Chai, to be the third ingredient with only water and black tea ahead of it?

I bought this yesterday morning..... its gone. this is the absolute best thing i've ever freaking purchased. i HATE having to make my own concentrate but iced chai lattes are my favorite and i usually use Tazo Chai tea bags to make them, this literally saved my life!! lol. thank you tazo!! <3 will definitely be buying this again....and again... and again!!!

I am not a coffee drinker but instead prefer an iced chai in the morning. I’ve tried a few brands and Tazo is the only one that I found that I like. I did try the skinny chai and was not a fan. My only wish is that I could purchase a larger size container.

As far as boxed chai goes, this is a pretty good one. I find it spicier than Oregon trail, but also sweeter if that makes any sense. Ive tried mixed with coconut, almond and 1% milk and i think vanille coconut milk was the best. Its much better very cold.
