I’ve been obsessed with Tazo Chai Concentrate for years. I never liked coffee and this drink had become my favourite part of the morning. Since trying the new concentrate I’m disappointed. Grit and sludge at the bottom of the carton, the flavours fall short having cut out a lot of the ingredients that make a great chai. Please bring it back.

I have very much enjoyed the Tazo Classic Chai Latte tea as well at the matcha green tea. so tasty. However, all the teas that are at the highest caffeine rating (61+) Is tricky business, I want to know the exact amount that i am putting into my body so i can regulate my nutrition. I would very much appreciate if they would put the number in Parenthesis next to the dot rating scale.

1st off...a HUGE thank you to all of y’all whom noticed the recipe change! 2nd...if I cld give this zero stars I WOULD! I’m beyond upset at y’all(Tazo) & SHAME on you for changing the recipe up!!! We all know who it’s for...STARBUCKS! I’m sure they didn’t want the average consumer that doesn’t go to them, to be buying “their” recipe! So you had to change it for us bcz YOU didn’t want to forfeit their business nor ours! How deceiving & it just goes to show how money hungry you are not to mention that you don’t really care about your consumers!!! I’ve been buying y’alls product(classic chai tea) for 4 yrs now & I WONT be buying it anymore till I have confirmation that the recipe has indeed been changed back!!!! Its HORRIBLE & no one should have to drink this after drinking the original recipe. I have been drinking this daily for many years, but like others I noticed a distinct change in taste with the new packaging. It is disappointing every day now, and I’m having to search for other brands. All the flavor is gone, to the point where I initially thought either my chai or my milk was expired, but neither were. PLEASE change it back!!!

I am not a huge fan of Chai Teas, Chai lattes, etc. But, I am starting a “hot food” (Asian medicine) diet and black teas with cardamom and Cinnamon are warming foods. I needed a little caffeine (and didn’t want to go for coffee), so I picked this perfect mix of ingredients blend for my diet and needs. The taste - just pure - out of the box - is great and I love it. I won’t even mix it with milk.

I do love this product and have been drinking it for years. I have noticed lately though that there is like a residue left at the bottom of my cup. It has almost a gritty taste. At first I thought that this was perhaps my fault because the first cup I pour from a new container doesn't have this problem. But I do always refrigerate it after opening and use it within seven days. After reading these reviews I have noticed that other people are having similar problems. It really is disappointing though because I love this product.

I buy this chai latte all the time, the skinny and the regular if skinny isn’t available. It’s my drink every morning. The cost has gone up, like everything else and I get it. But apparently your packaging has gotten cheaper. At least half of the containers leak upon opening. I unscrew the cap and go to pour it in my cup and it leaks heavily from under the pour spout and I end up with tea all over my counter. It’s annoying and wasteful of an increasingly expensive product. Please fix this problem with your seal. I assume that when the top is screwed off it pulls too much of the foil seal away and causes the leak. But, as the consumer, there’s literally nothing I can do to prevent that. It seems to be worse on the boxes that get even a little bit pushed in on the top in transit. But even undamaged boxes do it too. It’s at least half if not more of what I open. So annoying!!

Tazo is my favorite brand of chai concentrate. I love that it keeps the spicy flavor that makes chai so delicious. I, personally, love to mix it 50/50 with vanilla soy milk. It creates the perfect balance of spicy and sweet that just reminds me of the holidays.

I reached out years ago to tell tazo about a problem with this product and they still have not addressed it. Some of the containers with a large blurry date stamp are delicious and creamy but the ones with the small non blurry date stamps taste terrible. They are watery and too spicy, not sweet at all. Now where I live you cannot buy any of the good kind. So I thought since it had been years since I reported the problem surely they had fixed it. I bought some of the small clear date stamped containers and they are as bad as ever. Completely un-drinkable and I am surprised that tazo takes quality control of their products so lightly. I will not be buying anymore if this inferior product and I’m very disappointed.
