Have loved your product for year, but have recently been diagnosed with celiac. Is this product Gluten Free and would you ever consider adding a GF certification? Like many celiacs, I have been advised by my medical team to only consume products that specifically state they are gluten free.

I've been enjoying this brand of tea for a few years now, but recently I noticed a giant price hike, which I wouldn't have minded in the quality had stayed the same. The new concentrate is watered down and no matter how much I add, it doesn't taste as good as before.

I have been drinking Tazo chai for years and lately, I have been very disappointed. It seems like something has changed and the chai has become watery and tasteless. I am hoping this is just a temporary issue that will be fixed so I can go back to enjoying the same great chai I have enjoyed for years.

I just bought this and was super excited this morning to indulge in a nice cup of Chai Latte. First off, it smelled weird...kind of rancid. The taste was off and far too sweet. I can’t get the after taste out of my mouth. I won’t be purchasing this ever again!

I have been buying tazo chai tea latte for years!! I loved it and drank it every day. Until a couple years ago they changed the container and MAYBE different manufacturers too. All the containers with this same font where the lot # and date are absolutely horrible!!!! All the other flavors have the bigger and bolder font and those ones are good. The tiny thin font are no good. There is no taste at all, it's watery, and always a nasty brown sludge at the bottom of the cup. It's really a shame but I can't spend my money on this product anymore. Hopefully you will see the negative reviews and fix it. Maybe it's a certain manufacturer I don't know but it doesn't make sense. Next time your in the store check the font and date and you will know what I'm talking about. TAZO PLEASE FIX THIS!!!!!!

I’ve been obsessed with Tazo Chai Concentrate for years. I never liked coffee and this drink had become my favourite part of the morning. Since trying the new concentrate I’m disappointed. Grit and sludge at the bottom of the carton, the flavours fall short having cut out a lot of the ingredients that make a great chai. Please bring it back.

I’ve been drinking this for years. It’s my go to everyday hot drink and as others have said it’s definitely changed. I thought it was my regular oat milk but then I talked it with milk and cream and it still tastes off. I’m so disappointed ABS now need to find something new to replace it.

1st off...a HUGE thank you to all of y’all whom noticed the recipe change! 2nd...if I cld give this zero stars I WOULD! I’m beyond upset at y’all(Tazo) & SHAME on you for changing the recipe up!!! We all know who it’s for...STARBUCKS! I’m sure they didn’t want the average consumer that doesn’t go to them, to be buying “their” recipe! So you had to change it for us bcz YOU didn’t want to forfeit their business nor ours! How deceiving & it just goes to show how money hungry you are not to mention that you don’t really care about your consumers!!! I’ve been buying y’alls product(classic chai tea) for 4 yrs now & I WONT be buying it anymore till I have confirmation that the recipe has indeed been changed back!!!! Its HORRIBLE & no one should have to drink this after drinking the original recipe. I LOVE this tea; however, I do NOT LIKE the packaging. I would like to see Tazo change from the self-opening lid to a pull-tab under the lid. I have no way of knowing that I am the first to open the tea or if someone did so in the store before me. I know this could happen because I opened a box of this tea in the store to see how it was packaged and there I stood in the aisle looking into the box of liquid tea. This packaging is therefore NOT TAMPER PROOF and I find that unnerving enough not to buy this tea again. As packaged, the tea could be tainted because it was pre-opened - or worse, tampered with by some evil person.

We buy this buy the cases. We have been drinking this for over 10 years. Over the last two years things have been hit or miss. Some will be really thick and dark while others very thin. Our latest purchase, two different batch numbers, the taste has taken a turn for the worse. I do not know what has happened but it has us looking to find something else. There doesn’t seem to be any real quality control. Perhaps while trying to save money they went with less quality while raising the price. This is sad because we really loved this. I understand things cost more and am willing to pay that price but not for what this has turned into. Hopefully others will speak up and we can get this, what used to be 5 stars, drink back. Until then… :(
