Like those who have also commented recently I have been drinking the classic chai latte concentrate for years now. I have seen the design on the box change twice now and noticed a few weeks ago with the latest design that it tastes different. I am pleased other people noticed this as well. It is very upsetting, it is not as spicey and flavorful as before. CHANGE BACK THE RECIPE please.

Chai tea is my favorite I used to buy Twinks. Unfortunately I cannot find it anymore. I switch to Tasso it taste good as well, but the teabag quality is so bad. Every time I pour hot water on top of it the bags it tear off and everything comes out I wish if they work on that I’ll show you the picture.

I have been buying this tea for years and just love it. Over the last couple of months, I have notice a drastic change in the taste as well as the consistency. It is super watery and much less tasty. Why change a good thing? It is really horrible now and I will no longer be purchasing this product if the recipe doesn’t go back the original. Very disappointing.

This has been one of my favorite drinks- until the recent package and recipe change. At first I thought I had a bad container so I tried again. It is so bad I had to dump it out. Even at cafes now I ask what they use to make their chai lattes, if it is with the tazo mix I order something else. I highly recommend that you change back to the original recipe.

I have been drinking this every day for tow or three years and suddenly, YUCK! The last few months I seem to get some old, some new recipe or something. When it's new it tastes like it's gone bad, I have checked the date to see if that is the issue. Then I looked here and I see others with the same complaint. I am so sad, but I will have to stop buying this, it is no longer good. Please let us know if you change it back, which I cannot recommend enough!

I LOVED. And I mean absolutely adored this stuff a few months ago. Chai is my go to for soothing stress and giving myself a little extra energy. It is very special to me. Tazo Chai hasn’t disappointed me throughout the years in helping me brighten the day. That was, until, I discovered the recipe changed. I opened a new container of it (non-expired) and took a little sip after making myself a latte. I nearly threw up my breakfast. The taste was sour and watery, and it left an extreme sludge at the bottom of my cup. I tried a new, fresh container— still sour. It tastes like spoiled milk-water. What is going on? Why the sudden sludge collecting at the bottom? I missed when you could instead see the spices on the sides of the cup in a very sparse manner— not *sludge*. I used to recommend this to everyone; but now it’s just not good. It tastes awful.

I bought this as an alternative to going to Starbucks and honestly I followed instructions on the box and it tastes just like I went through the drive-thru. I order mine as is with nothing else jazzed into my drink so this is a great alternative at home! I am grateful!

As far as boxed chai goes, this is a pretty good one. I find it spicier than Oregon trail, but also sweeter if that makes any sense. Ive tried mixed with coconut, almond and 1% milk and i think vanille coconut milk was the best. Its much better very cold.

When Tazo changed the box, I think they also changed the formula. I've been drinking this stuff for as long as I can remember. It wasn't exactly the same as the Starbucks kind, but it was great. Now it's watery, with less punch. I'm still addicted to it, but it's not as satisfying. And there was no reason to change the spout. The new one isn't secure. Did you never hear the expression, "If it ain't broke, don't fix it"?

I have been drinking this daily for years but something has changed and it’s not good. It lost its spice, it’s watered down abd a bit too sweet and I like sweet normally. The organic is still good and not watered down and richer in flavor. They show the same ingredients but somethings different.
