Chai is my go to drink since I don't drink coffee, I realized at least 7 years ago while working way too many hours with not enough sleep that the Starbucks chai was the exact same type that I could buy the mix for and I never looked back for years! We are talking at least 2 blended iced chai a day type addiction. You have recently changed the recipe and it tastes very watered down and the color is a lot lighter, I also noticed a sharp drop in caffeine thanks to the lovely caffeine withdrawal headaches! Very unhappy and will be finding other options rather than drink this watered down mix.

Heaven! Tazo chai latte is perfect for fall! Its actually a black tea with the chai spices so if you wanted a latte you would have to mix it with your preferred milk. It tastes great! A little on the sweet side so just be aware of the ratio when mixing.

I have been drinking this daily for many years, but like others I noticed a distinct change in taste with the new packaging. It is disappointing every day now, and I’m having to search for other brands. All the flavor is gone, to the point where I initially thought either my chai or my milk was expired, but neither were. PLEASE change it back!!!

Chai tea is my favorite I used to buy Twinks. Unfortunately I cannot find it anymore. I switch to Tasso it taste good as well, but the teabag quality is so bad. Every time I pour hot water on top of it the bags it tear off and everything comes out I wish if they work on that I’ll show you the picture.

Good for a store bought product. Aroma is very pleasant and easy to prepare. Only issue I have is for my taste, the black pepper overwhelms all the other flavor's. If I purchase again I will increase the milk in the milk to concentrate ratio, or maybe add some additional cinnamon and cloves to combat the overwhelming pepper. I understand black pepper is a necessary ingredient for a Chai, to be the third ingredient with only water and black tea ahead of it?

I buy this chai latte all the time, the skinny and the regular if skinny isn’t available. It’s my drink every morning. The cost has gone up, like everything else and I get it. But apparently your packaging has gotten cheaper. At least half of the containers leak upon opening. I unscrew the cap and go to pour it in my cup and it leaks heavily from under the pour spout and I end up with tea all over my counter. It’s annoying and wasteful of an increasingly expensive product. Please fix this problem with your seal. I assume that when the top is screwed off it pulls too much of the foil seal away and causes the leak. But, as the consumer, there’s literally nothing I can do to prevent that. It seems to be worse on the boxes that get even a little bit pushed in on the top in transit. But even undamaged boxes do it too. It’s at least half if not more of what I open. So annoying!!

I LOVE this tea; however, I do NOT LIKE the packaging. I would like to see Tazo change from the self-opening lid to a pull-tab under the lid. I have no way of knowing that I am the first to open the tea or if someone did so in the store before me. I know this could happen because I opened a box of this tea in the store to see how it was packaged and there I stood in the aisle looking into the box of liquid tea. This packaging is therefore NOT TAMPER PROOF and I find that unnerving enough not to buy this tea again. As packaged, the tea could be tainted because it was pre-opened - or worse, tampered with by some evil person.

I'm a Tazo fan for life. I recently discovered this while on a cruise, so as soon as I returned home, I bought this at my local store. It's amazing! I like the fact I can serve hot or cold and can use my milk of choice. So far, I have discovered whole milk will make the overall flavor sweeter than 2% milk. Personally, I like the 2% taste because it doesn't dilute the spices. This tea's a keeper.

I love this tea. It tastes really good and at home you can customize this to your liking especially if you're vegan like me. It has simple ingredients so no surprises there. No artificial ingredients and it's a great way to enjoy a cup of tea at home. Recommend!

When Tazo changed the box, I think they also changed the formula. I've been drinking this stuff for as long as I can remember. It wasn't exactly the same as the Starbucks kind, but it was great. Now it's watery, with less punch. I'm still addicted to it, but it's not as satisfying. And there was no reason to change the spout. The new one isn't secure. Did you never hear the expression, "If it ain't broke, don't fix it"?
