Nothing beats a fresh cup of chai tea but man is this close. I love it because sometimes you're running late but you still need a quick fixing of tea. This is the perfect solution for those days when you're in a hurry. It is not only delicious, but quick and convenient.

Love this tea and have been using it for years! The "skinny" version is just as good. Btw, this is the chai that they use in Starbucks! My only issue is with the packaging -- when twisted (easily), the cap breaks the foil seal so you are never quite sure the package has not been tampered with.

Tazo had to have changed the flavor, along with the packaging, of my favorite chai. I have been drinking Tazo Chai Tea for years and make it at home almost every day. This morning I got the the bottom of my concentrate and it came out dark and sludgy. I though it went bad. I threw it out and opened a new one after shaking it. It was horrible. Well I guess that just reduced my grocery bill.Why did you change it? Obviously, the term “classic chai” meant nothing to you. Oh well, I guess my grocery bill just went down as I won’t be buying it again.

Tazo is my favorite brand of chai concentrate. I love that it keeps the spicy flavor that makes chai so delicious. I, personally, love to mix it 50/50 with vanilla soy milk. It creates the perfect balance of spicy and sweet that just reminds me of the holidays.

I’ve been buying this for at least a few months, maybe even a year. The last time I bought some I had legitimately thought it had gone bad, WAY too sweet, not nearly as much spice, genuinely not good. So I threw the rest out, and bought some more, only to find out the recipe was changed! Extremely disappointed. Will not buy until the recipe is changed back.

I have been drinking this daily for many years, but like others I noticed a distinct change in taste with the new packaging. It is disappointing every day now, and I’m having to search for other brands. All the flavor is gone, to the point where I initially thought either my chai or my milk was expired, but neither were. PLEASE change it back!!!

I had been looking for a good chai mix for a longggggg time. I tried chai mix powder but it was too sweet and had way too much sugar. Then I found this in the store and was amazed! It contains way less sugar, has a spice taste to it with ginger and cinnamon, and seems way healthier. It’s so simple mix with a little milk or milk substitute and your done! I will say it get a little complicated if you want it warm because then you have to heat up in stove or in microwave. But overall love it and definitely recommend :)

Chai tea is my favorite I used to buy Twinks. Unfortunately I cannot find it anymore. I switch to Tasso it taste good as well, but the teabag quality is so bad. Every time I pour hot water on top of it the bags it tear off and everything comes out I wish if they work on that I’ll show you the picture.

I love Chai but this is way too sweet. I do equal parts of chai mix and milk but add a bit of water to dilute the sweetness and still too sweet. Any chance of making this without sugar and people can add their own?? I would buy this more often if it was unsweetened
