I love that they come in little containers which makes it very easy to take on the go with you. The mint flavor makes them manageable for me because I like it. These have helped me to cut back so much and I have hope to cut vaping out for good. I suggest for others to give them a try.

I usually use a nicotine nasal spray, but it’s getting expensive even with my insurance. I like that these are OTC. It says to put one in your mouth, move it around from side to side, refrain from swallowing as much as possible, and let it dissolve. I did just that and it took my craving away. It has a minty flavor. And like nicotine gum or pouches, they tingle your gums at first. After it dissolved, my craving was gone. It also says not to exceed 5 lozenges in 6 hours. I also like that it has directions on how to wean off of it. I think that’s the biggest plus for this product. Overall I think they’re worth it for a smoking cessation.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These are great!! I've been trying to quit smoking for at least 2 years and I've had no luck at all until I tried these. I've been using them for a couple of weeks now and I am so pleased!! I am down to less than a half of a pack a day and considering that I was at 2 1/2-3 packs a day I would say that's great!! The cravings are now few and far between and I plan on continuing with this program until I am completely done smoking. I absolutely recommend these. Good luck to anyone trying to kick the habit. I know that I am feeling a lot better now, my breathing is better, everything tastes better and I don't have to be embarrassed because I smell like an ashtray. They're definitely worth trying.

Work days make me give in so I keep a tube in my apron for moments when the stress gets intense. I can easily take one and still talk to the customers since I can push it to the side of my cheek while it slowly dissolves. So far I've been able to skip my usual chain smoking and enjoy eating lunch on my lunch break.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After 30 years of a pack and a half habit a day, and many, many times of trying and failing to quit, I decided to try these lozenges. I opted for the 4 mg because I was a little nervous about using them. It's been 85 days and I have not had a single cigarette since the first day I began using these lozenges! No one is more surprised than I am! The first two weeks I was not struggling, but just restless, feeling something was missing. I did not get cravings, per se, but rather just an automatic reaction to things of reaching for a cigarette, and realizing I was not going to have one. Not a terrible craving, but more of a disappointment at the fact I was not going to have one. I filled my time with work, exercising, playing games on my phone, and cleaning my house till it was spotless. By the third week, the restless feeling had vanished and by the fourth week I was no longer automatically reaching for a cigarette. After the first month, I had absolutely no desire for a cigarette. On the rare occasion that I do think of it, I just get up and do something and the feeling is gone. And I'm talking rare, like maybe once every few weeks. And even then it's not a strong desire for a cigarette, it's just a feeling that something is missing. These lozenges definitely were the push I needed to quit and as I said, I only used the 4mg. I would imagine the 2mg would be an even greater help if you are so declinclined for a lesser dose. Definitely worth trying if you want to quit. I feel they've been a miracle for me!
