The mint is a bit overwhelming and they are large, but the urge to smoke is much less using. I have been going through some stressful/emotional times and kind of threw my quit smoking efforts out the window for a while. (Same story different days right?) but I do intend to get back on it and I’m so glad to have this because it will absolutely help, and has on the days I’ve tried them.

I have not smoked on the days that I've used this because I'm too scared to lol. Not sure if you can or not, but I'm playing it safe. When i was offered to try these lozenges, i took it. The first one, i was surprised that it tasted good. I did.t think about a cig nor did i feel like i needed one. Once done with the 1st lozenge, i felt pretty satisfied. I used a lozenge every hour. I was doing great, until i ate. After eating i took a lozenge but it wasn't enough. I did smoke. Needless to say, i can get away with using the lozenges most of the day except after eating a full meal. But i think these are helping a lot. Im not smoking except after eating. Its been 2 weeks and im still trying. You definitely need to be in the right mind set of quitting. You gotta want to quit. I strongly suggest getting these to start the quitting journey.

I have cut way back on my smoking but have not quit completely. The price is way cheaper than the other brands I have tried.

It taste like sweet mint, and has helped so much withy cravings. I can chew these whenever a craving starts and keep myself under control.

The size of the lozenges are not big and easy to manage. I've have these for about 2 weeks and so far they are helping with my cravings. I would really recommend this product.

They didn't taste all that great but then again cigarettes don't exactly taste flavorful. They did seem to curb the desire to smoke. They are really helpful when you are somewhere that doesn't allow smoking. I would recommend this product along with a program to anyone who wants to stop smoking.
