I'm not a fan of mint flavored items but these are decent. I've definitely been able to cut back on smoking while using them. I haven't been able to completely quit yet, but I've also been a smoker for MANY years so I'm not expecting an overnight fix. Definitely worth giving a try if you're serious about quitting!

I wasn’t sure if I could commit to keeping a lozenge in my mouth for 20-30 mins. I gave it a shot and I was pleasantly surprised. The lozenge starts to feel like you put Biotene Dry Mouth Relief Solution in your mouth. It’s a thick-type of feeling in your mouth. It’s hard to explain. The taste is bearable. It’s not candy but I also didn’t taste anything medicinal. I think this is a great product that’s worth trying. It did help with my cravings. That’s a plus!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My brother has been trying to quit smoking for some time and these Nicotine Polacriliex Lozenges are the perfect answer. If you follow instructions you should be able to quit smoking in 10-12 weeks. When you first wake up in the morning you take a lozenge. It's recommended you let the lozenge completely melt on it's own, do not chew it or swallow it you need it to slowly melt within the 20-30 minute time period. You should not eat or drink until 15 minutes have passed that the lozenge is gone. Over the course of several weeks you work yourself up slowly to having longer periods in between taking a lozenge. You need to use at least 9 lozenges a day the first few weeks for the full effect. It tastes like mint. My brother is now on his second week and hasn't touched a cigarette. I'm so thankful this is working so well. You can do it!

The lozenges are pretty big in size but they were still easy to take! The instructions were very easy to follow and really helped when it came to fighting the craving for a cigarette.

I'm trying not to smoke in the house and when I dont feel like going outside, I use one of these tablets to suck on. It can become very strong though, so most of the time I end up throwing part of it out. But it definitely helps lessen the cravings in that moment. I do feel it will eventually replace smoking cigarettes. The taste is nit excellent but manageable. Some people may not like it.
