I take one when I first wake up and it curbs my craving for my morning smoke. The mints taste pretty good too, with little to no aftertaste. The mint is a bit overwhelming and they are large, but the urge to smoke is much less using. I have been going through some stressful/emotional times and kind of threw my quit smoking efforts out the window for a while.
