The mint is a bit overwhelming and they are large, but the urge to smoke is much less using. I have been going through some stressful/emotional times and kind of threw my quit smoking efforts out the window for a while. (Same story different days right?) but I do intend to get back on it and I’m so glad to have this because it will absolutely help, and has on the days I’ve tried them.

They help curb the crave when you can’t smoke but they don’t fully take the need and want to smoke away. Maybe I need a higher milligram. Other than that they work decent enough but it would be a overtime slow thing with these.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I smoked cigarettes For 20 yrs. I hated smelling like cigarettes so i went to vaping. Now, im ready to quit completely. When i was offered to try these lozenges, i took it. The first one, i was surprised that it tasted good. I did.t think about a cig nor did i feel like i needed one. Once done with the 1st lozenge, i felt pretty satisfied. I used a lozenge every hour. I was doing great, until i ate. After eating i took a lozenge but it wasn't enough. I did smoke. Needless to say, i can get away with using the lozenges most of the day except after eating a full meal. But i think these are helping a lot. Im not smoking except after eating. Its been 2 weeks and im still trying. You definitely need to be in the right mind set of quitting. You gotta want to quit. I strongly suggest getting these to start the quitting journey.

After failed attempts with patches I had pretty much no hope. I ate 1 before our 6 hour drive and never even thought about smoking. I stayed 3 days and used them while I was there. I learned I didn't need as much as I was allowed to have and cats and kittens.....they work!!!!!!!!!!!
