Good value, we buy in bulk all of the time! And these walnuts are something we always keep in stock for protein bars, muffins, banana bread, and snacking. I have found that most Member’s Mark brand items are just as good as big name brands without the extra cost.

Fresh and very high-quality English Walnuts. We bake a lot of items that use walnuts at the preferred nut addition. We ran short on walnuts recently and went to the local markets to pick up some for our baking needs. Talk about sticker shock! At the prices wanted for 3oz-5oz sized packages you would think they were made of silver or gold! Member's Mark Walnuts were so reasonable, we bought 2 bags and put them in the freezer (the only way for long-term storage). I highly recommend these walnuts!

Sam's Club has been my go to place for several years to buy shelled walnuts . Love to use them in so many dishes and for the most part, they have tasted fresh. The one time they didn't, I just took them to the store and returned them without any problems.

Nuts were tasty though not as plump as I would have expected. I haven't run into any shells or dry, bitter tastes so yes, I would say it's worth buying again for the cost, quantity and quality presented. I would definitely use these to make my own nuts and dried fruit blend, for baking, nibbling or as an addition to Greek yogurt.

My oncologist recommended eating a handful of almonds and walnuts daily to prevent recurance of my pancreatic cancer. I buy these at Sam's Club because I get more for my money there. I'm six years out of treatment and so far so good. Needless to say I've eaten a lot of walnuts and almonds in the last six years so value is important to me.

Nice. large bag of large pieces. They were on sale and were a great value, even more cost effective than a bag of nuts at our local farm store which is usually the best deal on nuts in the area. I took off one star because of the packaging. They were placed in a large box that also contained a carton of 5 reams of paper. It probably weighed at least 30-40 pounds and the nuts got slightly crushed from the weight of the box of paper.

Every fall my family would harvest walnuts. It's quite a process getting the meat out; dehusking the outer(nasty) green husk, then the drying time,then cracking the shells. They were delicious and worth the effort, but i sure do appreciate that part of walnut eating being done for me! (Our hands were stained dark brown for a week)

I have been buying these walnuts for years. They are a great price. The bag I bought prior to the ones I have now were mostly stale. I threw the last little amount away and purchased another bag. These are mostly good but I am still finding a few that are stale.

I bake all year long and just love Member's Mark Natural Shelled Walnuts. I break my package down into to 3 one pound packages and freeze 2, using the last one for all my Christmas baking needs. Most recipes call for chopped walnuts and these chop well. Very fresh and definitely worth the price.

The walnuts were rancid. The last two bags i bought were rancid.
