will never buy again. I have purchased this from sams for years. about 2 years ago they stopped putting a slide cutter in the box so I got a different brand and I have been using the slide cutter from the other brand in member mark box and it fit great. this last roll I bought it kept messing up on the sides every time I used it. that's it no more

1. Verify film unwind is in direction indicated. 2. Feed film through slot on top of box 3. With lid raised, position blade inside front box panel with white side facing forward 4. Close lid by inserting tuck-flap behind blade. 5. Punch in hand hole tabs on ends of box. Warning: The cutter is very sharp! I hope this clears up any issues with this product.

stay away from this. its not like it used to be. i am in the middle of catering a party for 30+ people and the whole inner section of the wrap is twisted, making it impossible to get it off of the roll. its quite thick just in the middle so it rips everytime I try to remove any. what a waste of time and money. Since I am over 2 hours from the nearest store I cannot return it. if you buy this stuff make sure you open the box and see if it is clear all the way thru. had to give it one star for this to go thru, but its not worth that.

If i could give this zero stars I would. Flimsy film that has been defective in the last 2 purchases I've made. The film messes up time after time. This last box the film had a large defect causing waste of 1/4 of a brand new box. This last box went back to Sam's. SAMS Please bring back the original film which was strong, mess free and always worked.

I am just an individual NOT in the restaraunt business!! This plastic wrap serves my purpose for home use, but I was never so excited as when I found this product which had a slide cutter!! This was amazing!! I was able to pull, cut and wrap without the help of my husband to keep the plastic from sticking to itself!! My box is almost empty now and I have been looking in SAMs for months to see if they have the cutter again, with no satisfaction. For the life of me, I can't understand why SAMs will bring in products for a limited time and the consumer can never find it again!! I can't tell you how many products that I would still be purchasing on a regular basis at SAMs, but they bring them in, sell out and never bring the product back!! Very disappointing!!!

Why they had to change the cutting mode? The new sliding cutter is absolutely cowpie. Thank god I saved the old blade cutter from the previous package (it lasted 10 years!). If this new sliding cutter accidentally sticks to the wrap you would never be able to remove the wrap from the glue without removing the glue itself. Then your whole roll is ruined and you'll have to keep a scissor handy all the time. If they would bring back the old blade cutter this product would be 5 stars again.

After destroying the box to the point it cannot be used I finally figured out what the design was. They need instructions. Based on other comments this product is VERY frustrating to us Sam's Club members. Please drop this vendor and use another vendor who can take the moment to put on instructions. Now I have to think of an interesting use for 3000 feet of cling film. Hum......

For years I have bought this product and was always satisfied. A few weeks ago I almost run out and so I bought it again. The film of new roll is so thin that it rips just by the lightest touch. The product is unusable and I' return it on my next visit to Sam's Club. I also called the customer care 800 number to register my grieve verbally.

For all those negative reviews... it says FOOD SERVICE. This is a thin, fantastically sticky film that can stretch and stick to practically anything. I need both hands to rip off and a slide cutter just doesn't cut it. If you are, or have been in the food service industry, you would know seconds count and a simple pull out and down is super fast. This is comparable to Reynolds film 910M, Metro....EXCEPT this is cheaper by nearly $10 and 1,000 feet longer!!

For several years we have been very happy with the Baker & Chef Food Wrap Film with sliding cutter and bought it at the Sam’s Club store nearest to us. To save time and gasoline (1.5 hrs each way for us) we decided to order 2 off the Sam’s Website and pay shipping and handling. We thought we were ordering the exact same Baker & Chef wrap with slider. In fact the Sam’s Website shows the product to be Baker & Chef. However, when we received the two wraps it was a “Daily Chef” food wrap product. The wrap film is inferior (thinner and does not hold to products) to Baker & Chef plus has no sliding cutter—the cutter on the Daily Chef product was a very poor design. We will take the 2 wrap packages back next time we go to Sam’s in person.
